Nice hotel

Чудесный отель с прекрасным персоналом! Как и вся линейка отелей Jaz данный отель оставил наилучшие впечатления. Территориальео находится недалеко от аэропорта, вокруг отеля ничего нет, куда-то сходить не получится, нужно ехать. На пляж возит автобус от отеля по расписанию, на пляже можно брать только воду и сок, естественно пользоваться лежаками, полотенца нужно брать с собой. Пляж на территории отеля Jaz Belberdere чистый, ухоженный, лежаков хватает на всех, вход в воду как с понтона так и с берега. Питание в отделе вполне хорошее, качественное, по ассортименту не ждите турецкого AlL, но главное , что чисто, аккуратно, вкусно,!! Персонал всего отеля просто супер! Спасибо огромное за такое отношение к отдыхающим. !!!! До центра Наама Бэй можно доехать как на такси, так и на общественном транспорте, стоимость проезда за человека 5 египетских фунтов. , стоимость такси как договоритесь. В номере чисто, уборка ежедневная, никаких проблем ни с чем нет! Пользуемся не первый раз отелями Jaz и всегда довольны. Спасибо персоналу!

Niente di speciale

Arrived late Sunday evening with fellow travelling passengers. Bags left outside and told they’d be taken to your rooms when we knew our number which we went back and tagged the bags with The hotel had left the restaurant open to get abit of food (not much selection but did a job) and went to the bar to get a drink (closed midnight for AI but further drinks could be purchased) After going to our room - bags not there, ended up having to go back to reception (40mins after getting to the hotel) to get the bags and bring them to the room ourself! Room clean, bathroom small but we are here for a week so could make do. We had a superior room with terrace straight onto the floor above the pool. Bed was large and comfortable. Aircon beautiful and on all the time - no need for the room key to be in a slot etc! Morning 1 - weather bang on - decided to stay by the pool and see what the hotel had to offer. Fair today it didn’t really offer much which is why this is a 3*/average rating. I don’t think the hotel quite offers the 4* it is given - but definitely offers 3* provision but this is Egypt after all. Breakfast offered a continental and cooked breakfast options - fresh egg station well attended every morning by guests. Lunch and Dinner - were very samey but there was always fresh pasta from the pasta station and a meat being prepared on a griddle along side. Food wasn’t flavourless and there was enough to choose from throughout our stay. Cannot comment on a lot of it as tried to avoid anything that could have been washed with water as didn’t want to be ill (and we haven’t been at all from hotel food or wherever we have eaten) there’s a snack bar offering pizza and burgers through the day too which were alright also! We did eat out a lot also as there is plenty to chose from in Soho square for a good price! Sun beds - we didn’t really struggle for sunbeds as some of the reviews suggest, the issues was the beige ones around the place were generally pretty poor quality and didn’t always do what you wanted! Towels were out early and I did find myself getting up at 8am to try and get our usual spot in front of our room - 6/7days. Entertainment at the hotel is lacking. Daily you will find people calling around the hotel for Aquagym, waterpolo and darts and that’s about your lot - it said table tennis on the list but never heard this as would have got involved. Usually something on at 9pm but went on for around an hour and that was it. We saw a saxophonist and some others but they weren’t anything to write home about! In the Sunday there was a belly dancer for about half an hour in the afternoon. We didn’t see any of this advertised we just heard from other guests. There is music for ambiance playing in the pool area for most of the day - it wasn’t too overbearing from where we were but we were behind the way in which the speakers were pointing…can imagine it being loud in certain areas!! first time for visit jaz sharks bay and really my stay was enjoyable. staff very friendly and helpfull from arrival time reception team very helpfull to check in early and apply my request also give all information about hotel facilities hotel very recommended and will visit again

Just leaving jaz shark bay today. Room was very small and had a job to find sockets to plug things in as there was 3 lamp shades in the room. Bed was very comfortable though and room was right next to the pool. Food was good some days and not so good other days but always found something to eat, food was very good at the snack bar, pizzas, burgers and hot dogs and chips, all cooked fresh. Entertainment was very poor in the evenings and went back to the room early most nights. Weather was fantastic but could of got that anywhere in Egypt, staff were very attentive and the cleaner of the room was very good, leaving the towels as swans, a flower and an elephant.

Room was really nice and great location. Pool area was good however sun beds were reserved very early each day. The bed could have done with being renewed some were very tatty. The food for me let the hotel down not enough fresh salad most was mixed with sauces which is not for me. The deserts were excellent however. Staff were really good and service was amazing.

I’m not a fan of all inclusive but as it was Egypt decided this was the best option as I was travelling with my daughter. The hotel was clean, although our room super small, only a double bed and bathroom could have done with a thorough deep clean. Staff were helpful and accommodating. The sales people home in on the new arrivals and for the first 2 days were relentless. We were polite and eventually they stopped trying to sell to us. The food definitely wasn’t great, the salad, grapes etc were clearly washed in tap water so tasted stale and I had a bad tummy the whole week and for 3 days after coming home. We spoke to 20 people who had the same problem of varying degrees with sickness and diarrhoea. My daughter ended up with the doctor due to chest problems probably brought on by contaminated water/food. The entertainment guys tried really hard but weren’t given the right things from the hotel. They were using UTube for music and it was really not great and so loud you couldn’t speak. We went out most nights and the hotel taxi man wasn’t happy we were using IDrive app (like Uber) to the point one night he told us they were not safe and then blocked the road to the hotel so our taxi could not get down (the taxi driver Watsapp us to let us know). I found his bullying tactics really uncomfortable, we sorted this by walking to the end of the road then order the cab. We had no problems with these drivers and didn’t feel unsafe but I am vigilant. All in all not a great holiday and I know it’s personal choice but we wouldn’t go back.
