應該是幫我升級到了270度湖景房了吧！
設施：很新！
衞生：很乾凈，還是智能馬桶！
環境：非常棒，景色很好！
服務：熱情！
入住可以免停車費，高空景色非常棒，安靜舒適，其實也離紹興城際列車站很近，時間正好的話一站路5分鐘就能到紹興站，晚上魯迅故里打車回酒店也就10 幾塊錢！

主要房間有下水道臭味及下水問題，晚上打電話給前台能積極處理，也及時來重新打掃，勝在服務態度比較好（因白天不在酒店就晚上住，酒店也給減免一天，送果盤道歉），房間硬件需要改善，死角衞生也要加強。
優點：房間陽光充足，服務態度很好。
缺點：衞生間房間硬件不行，洗澡還有點冷

服務人員熱情好客。酒店房間乾淨衞生。景觀房，能看到風景。
缺點是，該酒店很不好找，在園區裏面，指示牌不清晰，我停好車，上不去酒店前台，因為我沒有房卡，畢竟要酒店人員下來地庫幫我刷門禁才行。其次，早餐是有的，但是限量而且指定供應，不是自助餐。圖一就是酒店提供的早餐。

超高樓層，夜景很美。設施很新，暖氣很足，熱水也很大，圓浴缸泡着很舒服。歡迎水果和零食品質好，一向挑剔的兒子也吃了不少。美中不足的是早餐一般般，不過想想春節期間也能理解。

房間對着迪盪湖，俯瞰湖景，視野不錯。位置在科技園區裏，進出要刷房卡當門禁，第一次去不知道要怎麼上樓，輾轉了好一會兒，其他都還好。

服務人員特別熱情，入住退房搞的也簡單爽快，碰到的服務員也是見面就打招呼，從房間往外看出去的風景非常好，房內措施做的也不錯，睡得舒服也安靜，愜意😁，價格也不貴，很合適出來旅遊小住幾天，讓人心情很好

有種柳岸花明又一村的感覺，酒店是在一個園區裏面，一開始覺得會踩雷，結果並沒有，反而是出乎意料，進入酒店就有服務人員非常熱情親切的打招呼，客房裝修的非常有感覺，床墊非常的舒服，浴室浴缸也很乾凈，工作人員都非常的耐心，基本上都能解決你提出的問題,能夠及時為客人提供服務。
