Aunque hay menos turistas en invierno, el hotel vive más tranquilo y cómodo y el aire ambiente en general es muy bueno. Aunque la decoración de la habitación es algo vieja, la limpieza está bien hecho y limpia. La actitud del servicio de la recepción es buena y la experiencia de estadía en general es muy satisfactoria.

花多点钱住这里一点遗憾也没有！
My parents, sibling and I stayed for a total of 3 nights in their 4 pax room.
It’s a beautiful and tastefully decorated accommodation with personal courtyard and interior. Bed and duvet were so comfortable especially in the chilly weather of 18 ~ 22 degrees. I didn’t spot anything obvious I can complain about regarding the cleanliness of this place, hence 5/5 for cleanliness.
Location is perfect (5/5). Next to streets of food places that have good ratings, and super near 万象城 shopping mall (restaurants, luxury shops, retail and more). Anyways cabbing around Shantou is really convenient, fast, and affordable. Even though it is nested amongst other tall residential area, once we close the door we couldn’t hear much noise from outside.
Service is 5/5 as well. There’s free pickup and drop off serviced from the railway station. There’s daily fresh fruits delivered to us, as well as chicken soup. There’s also free laundry service which we really appreciate! Staffs were always ready to help and always ready to give recommendations. We really felt their hospitality and they are genuine in providing best service possible.
Amenities is 5/5 as well. The hair dryer is Laifen brand which is so strong and sleek looking. They provide disposable towels on top of those reusable towels. Their slippers are fluffy and comfy. They have like everything we need.
Bonus: Their residential cat and her kittens are adorable!!!
All in all wonderful stay and would stay again if i ever visit Shantou again. Suggestions for improvement: (1) more variety in breakfast options (stayed for 3 nights and felt that some breakfast options would be great), and (2) the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are a little too hard to pour out maybe can consider using press bottles.

UUsuario invitadoLa recepción de la ciudad, que se encuentra en el piso 10, es muy eficiente. La habitación era muy grande por las normas que se acostumbraban a en Occidente, mientras que la cama estaba justo y muy cómoda. El servicio que recibimos fue segundo a ningún, especialmente la dama de la mesa de la noche - Suki Li y el joven de la mesa de la noche - Alan Cheng. El desayuno fue una mezcla de comida oriental y occidental. Me alegro de que el hotel tenga un decente té de desayuno inglés, a diferencia de muchos otros que habíamos quedado en, además, la máquina de café autoservicio puede producir un café decente que satisface a la esposa ( 2 tiros de expresso más 1 blanco o 1 americano). La única queja que he recibido fue que no hay leche ni leche fresca disponible en la sala de preparación de té o café, es una cuestión que la gestión del hotel debería considerar en un futuro próximo. No he hesitado en recomendarlo.

AAnh-BaoThe grand hotel is located in the city of Chaoyang - a small industrial city - possibly best known for it’s production of undergarment. Chaoyang is approximately 39-45 minutes (by car) away from Shantou city center.
The hotel has recently been elaborately renovated which explains why it - for the most part - looks like it was just recently built and opened. Older reviews are therefor inaccurate.
I visited a friend in the city and during my stay I enjoyed the comfort of one of the hotel’s two-room business suites. Both rooms (living room and bed room) can be separated by a proper door. The bedroom has its own nice big bathroom with a toilet, huge shower and sink.
In the hallway (before the living room) there is a restroom with its very own toilet and sink. This is very practical if you plan to receive guests in your business suite - because they won’t have to walk through your bedroom in order to use the toilet.
I never had a business suite before but when I saw the price and the pictures I suspected it could be an amazing deal - and it absolutely was. I would love to stay at this hotel again.
The hotel has a small restaurant that offers a good Chinese breakfast. A spa and karaoke-bar are located inside the hotel. In my business suite I I never noticed the bar. No noise. I was going to visit the the spa but it was closed due to renovation.

YYipLa ubicación es cercana a todas partes, pero no a todas partes. Como extranjero, tal ubicación sería un gran desafío si sólo se basaba en la recolección de taxis por carretera. La entrada principal del hotel está en el centro de los dos puntos ”descarga”, por lo que a ambos lados, todavía tiene que caminar un poco. No es una gran cuestión, a menos que es verano que es exactamente la temporada de este viaje. incluso un paseo de 1min en 35 grados es incómodo.

I recently had the opportunity to spend Kaiyad Hotel(Shantou Chenghai Branch)凯亚德酒店（汕头澄海店) Hotel and I must say that my experience was excellent overall. Offered a their 7th floor room with everything I need.
Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The reception staff was friendly and welcoming, which set a positive tone for my stay. The lobby area was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable seating options available for guests.
The room I was assigned was clean and adequately sized. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh. Although the room decor was modern interior decoration. Especially the toilet is equipped with fully automatic and remote control.
One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet, which was included in the room rate. The quality of the food was perfect, and the dining area was clean and well-organized. Also have open air dining options is excellent.
The staff at Kaiyad Hotel(Shantou Chenghai Branch)凯亚德酒店（汕头澄海店） deserves special mention for their exceptional service. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, every interaction was marked by friendliness and efficiency. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made my stay truly memorable.

UUsuario invitadoServices and location are pretty good. Hygiene is very good. I like the shower utility the most, it’s really comfortable. I requested for help with the television and the staff was very efficient and helpful. One disappointment is the efficiency of the wifi and charging battery is way too slow. AAnh-BaoThe hotel is conveniently located close to the old part of Shantou (10-15 minute walk) with plenty of shops, conveniently stores, pharmacies and restaurants within 5 minutes radius. You need to walk two minutes to get to the big gongyuen (park). The rooms with queensize beds are big enough. Public areas and rooms are kept fairly clean and bug free. I have seen a lot worse in other Shantou hotels.
Bathrooms are OK. They are kept clean enough but will soon need a bit of renovation. By that I mean that some of the silicone along the glas walls and some
of the edges along the tiled walls are a bit moldy. But again - Ive seen a lot worse in other Shantou hotels.
Bathrooms are also a bit old and simple - as is true for many other Shantou hotels. By that I mean that you get a bathroom with door, sink, toilet and shower but the shower is NOT a separate space with its own shower pan and walls/doors. As a result most of the bathroom floor is wet once you have showered.
The hotel has a nice and clean laundry room with two washing machines, a dryer and a sink. Laundry detergent is provided. I would rather have one washing machine and two dryers as I had to wait for the dryer on several occasions.
Hotel has no restaurant so you cannot book breakfast. Friendly staff.
Would I stay at this hotel again? Yes - if the price is right - which is basically a matter of timing. I stood in Shantou for a couple days - left - came back - left - came back. During this time the price for a room at this hotel heavily fluctuated (almost doubled). So - if the price is on the higher end of the spectrum I would rather pay a bit on top and get a „better“ hotel. If price is on the lower end of the spectrum I would happily book and stay at Binyue Hotel.
