這裡是一個精裝房小區的房間，正常購房入住率也不很高，周圍除了海沒有別的任何東西可以玩。去汕頭市中心（比如石炮台公園）不堵車需要50分鐘左右。不是自駕不要住這裏，進出都很不方便。補充日常用品也不方便，樓下超市連鮮奶也買不到。最後一天碰上陰雨，下水道反味道很難聞。特別提一下，小卧室的床單不知道是什麼窸窸窣窣的碎渣，撣了半天才可以躺上去。

酒店的環境高檔衞生，房間設施齊全，給人一種非常舒適的感覺。提供的早餐種類豐富，味道不錯，我喜歡！午餐和晚餐也有很多選擇，請客直接就安排在這裏了，很方便。在大堂遇到這家酒店的美女GM，她跟我介紹，該酒店老闆本身是做酒店用品的，擁有一個規模很大的廠，產品供應給亞洲許多國際高端酒店。該酒店客房所用的洗漱用品，都是自家的產品，大品牌值得信賴。贊👍退房時恰好遇到本地迎媽祖遊神活動！看來會帶來明年好運連連了！

Muy bueno, en realidad no es necesario ir a la antigua ciudad, el suburbio está muy desarrollado aquí, el panorama del mar es muy bonito, la actitud del pequeño hermano de la recepción es muy buena, la presentación es clara, al lado del Centro de exposición histórica y cultural, el Salón de exposiciones históricas de China y el Salón de exposiciones populares es muy alto, debe ir, La nave de salida también está cerca, una buena experiencia

No regrets paying more for this beautiful homestay!
花多点钱住这里一点遗憾也没有！
My parents, sibling and I stayed for a total of 3 nights in their 4 pax room.
It’s a beautiful and tastefully decorated accommodation with personal courtyard and interior. Bed and duvet were so comfortable especially in the chilly weather of 18 ~ 22 degrees. I didn’t spot anything obvious I can complain about regarding the cleanliness of this place, hence 5/5 for cleanliness.
Location is perfect (5/5). Next to streets of food places that have good ratings, and super near 万象城 shopping mall (restaurants, luxury shops, retail and more). Anyways cabbing around Shantou is really convenient, fast, and affordable. Even though it is nested amongst other tall residential area, once we close the door we couldn’t hear much noise from outside.
Service is 5/5 as well. There’s free pickup and drop off serviced from the railway station. There’s daily fresh fruits delivered to us, as well as chicken soup. There’s also free laundry service which we really appreciate! Staffs were always ready to help and always ready to give recommendations. We really felt their hospitality and they are genuine in providing best service possible.
Amenities is 5/5 as well. The hair dryer is Laifen brand which is so strong and sleek looking. They provide disposable towels on top of those reusable towels. Their slippers are fluffy and comfy. They have like everything we need.
Bonus: Their residential cat and her kittens are adorable!!!
All in all wonderful stay and would stay again if i ever visit Shantou again. Suggestions for improvement: (1) more variety in breakfast options (stayed for 3 nights and felt that some breakfast options would be great), and (2) the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are a little too hard to pour out maybe can consider using press bottles.

UUsuario invitadoI was very impressed by this hotel albeit just outside the main area of the town, a slow walk of 2 kilometres. The reception was very efficient in checking us in and allocate our room on the 10th floor. The room was large by the standards we were accustomed to in the West, whilst the bed was just right and very comfortable. The costs of our 2 night stay was incrediblely cheap with breakfast by any standard albeit Chaoyang isn't a 1st line city. The service we got was second to none, especially the night front desk lady - Suki Li and the day front desk young man - Alan Cheng. They bent over backward to help especially with my limited putonghua by conversing in Cantonese instead. They helped with taxi bookings when I could not because of I didn't have a local mobile number plus trying to use the automated vending machine which was QR coded as per norm in China. Breakfast was a mixture of oriental and western food. I was glad that the hotel has decent English breakfast tea unlike many others that we had stayed in, in additonal, the self service coffee machine can produce a decent coffee that satisfied the wife ( 2 shots of expresso plus 1 flat white or 1 Americano). The only complaint I have was that there is no milk power or fresh milk available in the room for making tea or coffee, it's one issue that the hotel management should consider in the near future. Overall, the hotel was cleaned and modern. I have no hesitation in recommend it.

El hotel ha sido recientemente renovado de forma exhaustiva, lo que explica por qué parece -en su mayoría- que se ha construido y abierto recientemente.
En el hotel, el hotel está situado en una zona de 2 estrellas, y el hotel está situado en una zona de 2 estrellas. El dormitorio tiene su propio baño grande con baño, ducha y bañera.
En el hall (antes del salón) hay un dormitorio con su propio baño y bañera.
No tenía una suite de negocios antes, pero cuando vi el precio y las fotos sospeché que podría ser un gran trato - y eso fue absolutamente.
El hotel tiene un pequeño restaurante que ofrece un buen desayuno chino. Un spa y un karaoke-bar están situados en el interior del hotel. En mi suite de negocios nunca me di cuenta del bar. No hay ruido. iba a visitar el spa pero se cerró debido a la renovación.

The loft apartment showcases a striking modern design that is both artistic and inviting, creating an ideal environment for relaxation. Its convenient location is another significant advantage; situated near a variety of local and international dining options, the property is merely a 10-minute taxi ride from the high-speed railway station and the largest shopping district in the area. This makes it perfect for both culinary exploration and retail therapy.
A delightful highlight of my stay was the complimentary in-room breakfast for two. This included delicious Chinese dim sum alongside both sweet and salted soya milk, providing a wonderful start to the day. While there is no conventional television in the apartment, the presence of a projector, which supports in-app movies and screen mirroring for Apple and Android devices, offers a unique and enjoyable alternative for entertainment. Additionally, the apartment was equipped with an appropriate number of guest amenities and bathing necessities, ensuring a comfortable stay.
However, there were some drawbacks that warrant attention. One significant concern was the extremely slippery bathroom floor, which could pose safety risks. The addition of an anti-slip mat would greatly enhance guest safety. Furthermore, I found the storage water heater to be somewhat inconvenient, particularly during winter. Waiting 20 minutes for hot water after each shower was frustrating, especially for those who prefer longer showers.
Lastly, as an apartment without a reception area, the check-in process could benefit from clearer instructions. A more straightforward guide for guests would be advantageous.
In conclusion, while the accommodation offers numerous appealing features, addressing these noted drawbacks would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel está muy cerca de Mixc Mall y Suning Plaza. Muchas tiendas y comidas están a la baja. A una breve caminata (5min?) es la famosa calle de comida. Muchas opciones en el desayuno buffet, me encanta especialmente la douhua con muchos toppings (selecto).
El hotel está muy bien, y es limpio y moderno.
El personal es amable. El robot que envía cosas cuando toma el ascensor está muy atento.
No obstante, sólo vi un ascensor. Me pregunto cuán ocupado será si hay un período de pico. Me sorprendió cuando me eche en 11.40am, no había prisa ni esperar al ascensor.
En general, una experiencia satisfactoria.

YYipLa ubicación es cercana a todas partes, pero no a todas partes. Como extranjero, tal ubicación sería un gran desafío si sólo se basaba en la recolección de taxis por carretera. La entrada principal del hotel está en el centro de los dos puntos ”descarga”, por lo que a ambos lados, todavía tiene que caminar un poco. No es una gran cuestión, a menos que es verano que es exactamente la temporada de este viaje. incluso un paseo de 1min en 35 grados es incómodo.
El mantenimiento de la casa se hace diariamente, el lugar se mantiene muy limpio, el servicio es sorprendente, al entrar, añadir al tipo de oficina delantera en su chat y si necesita algo o cualquier información, es sólo un texto lejos. No proporcionan toallas adecuadas para eso, en lugar de dar 4 toallas de uso una vez
La habitación es muy agradable y interesante, es una unidad de techo con un techo alto (creo que debería ser 6m de altura), así que se divide en un techo para formar 2 ”cameras”. Luz grande, lavadoras dentro de la unidad, pero secador solo está disponible en la oficina, lo que significa que tienes que abrazar tus ropa lavada nuevamente en el ascensor, saltar en el ascensor bajo opuesto y pasar a la oficina para acceder al secador
¿Quieres quedarme aquí otra vez? Exploraré otros hoteles que están a una distancia de paseo a buena comida, pero la limpieza sigue siendo mi prioridad principal y este hotel se ha encajado en esa caja

MMohamad AnasThe hotel is very hygienic and modern. The room is large, clean and was cleaned daily and equipped with toothbrushes, razor blades and room shoes. Next to the hotel there is a large supermarket and a little further there is a small mall with shops, also this is close to many toy markets of Shantou chenghai district.
The service is excellent, the staff are very helpful and there is a laundry room that guests can use. All in all a very pleasant stay.

RRosianaLa ubicación del hotel es conveniente para comida, compras y viajes. Muchos espacios de estacionamiento justo frente a la entrada. También es conveniente para taxis para recoger y parar el autobús también 100m.
El recepcionista del escritorio frontal son todos muy bien tren, me gusta especialmente el servicio de Dandan & Xiao que nos inspecciona, fueron muy paciente con sus huéspedes, siempre mostrando una cara sonriente, y también nos tienen muy buenos consejos sobre dónde ir a la ciudad, excelente actitud para la industria de servicios. Shantou es bueno para nosotros comida y decidimos prolongar otra estancia nocturna en la propiedad, hay los otros 2 receptores que son muy agradables para hacer frente. Estamos muy contentos de recoger este hotel:)

AAnh-BaoThe hotel is conveniently located close to the old part of Shantou (10-15 minute walk) with plenty of shops, conveniently stores, pharmacies and restaurants within 5 minutes radius. You need to walk two minutes to get to the big gongyuen (park). The rooms with queensize beds are big enough. Public areas and rooms are kept fairly clean and bug free. I have seen a lot worse in other Shantou hotels.
Bathrooms are OK. They are kept clean enough but will soon need a bit of renovation. By that I mean that some of the silicone along the glas walls and some
of the edges along the tiled walls are a bit moldy. But again - Ive seen a lot worse in other Shantou hotels.
Bathrooms are also a bit old and simple - as is true for many other Shantou hotels. By that I mean that you get a bathroom with door, sink, toilet and shower but the shower is NOT a separate space with its own shower pan and walls/doors. As a result most of the bathroom floor is wet once you have showered.
The hotel has a nice and clean laundry room with two washing machines, a dryer and a sink. Laundry detergent is provided. I would rather have one washing machine and two dryers as I had to wait for the dryer on several occasions.
Hotel has no restaurant so you cannot book breakfast. Friendly staff.
Would I stay at this hotel again? Yes - if the price is right - which is basically a matter of timing. I stood in Shantou for a couple days - left - came back - left - came back. During this time the price for a room at this hotel heavily fluctuated (almost doubled). So - if the price is on the higher end of the spectrum I would rather pay a bit on top and get a „better“ hotel. If price is on the lower end of the spectrum I would happily book and stay at Binyue Hotel.
