Very convenient and accessible location to xiaogongyuan area. Staff were polite and helpful with our queries. Will recommend.

Very strategic location, walking distance to most of the tourist spots and surrounded by many eateries. Counter staff are very attentive and friendly. The food varieties of buffet breakfast are considered sufficient and all foods are delicious. Strongly recommended!

Hotel reception staff very helpful and friendly to assist from check in, during stay till check out. The family with window was good and comfort. hotel provide complimentary drinking water, coffee pack and tea. walking distance to small park and along the way have many shop to passby for eat and shop... Holiday always walk, shop and eat eat eat and of couse must have a comfortable stay, Ibis shantou made my trip more memorable.. Thanks again for the super helpful reception staff.

Good location, near to small park, local market and eateries. Service staff are friendly. Breakfast is ok but lack of varieties, eating same things throughout my stay of 5 days. No Bread too.

This was a good hotel to stay at for a few nights. It is really close to Shantou's Little Park (xiao gong yuan) and there are multiple bus stops nearby that you can use to get to other places such as the MixC or the scenic area across the river. The laundry room was a great help for us since we had been traveling for a while. The washers and dryers are industrial grade so they work very well, if it is needed you can put your laundry into one of the bags provided, attach a tag, and the staff will help you take care of your laundry. They have an underground parking garage should it be needed. There are lots of food places around, but breakfast is provided at the hotel. The breakfast is pretty good with a small assortment of foods to choose from. The escalator is broken, but the elevator works fine. The stairs in the lobby only go up to the second level, but the elevator can be used instead. My room had a smell to it and it was very unfortunate, but once I sprayed some perfume into the air it was masked. There was no smell in our other room or in the room we stayed at the last time at this hotel.
