The staffs are we'll trained and can meet up to most of your expectations.
The location is closed to the Shantou HSR station but a little off the main city hub.

We booked 5 rooms there. Nearby location not much tourist attractions and 十一河村 need walking distance 10mins. So far clean I like it !

The counter staff are very friendly and courteous. Kudos goes to the manager who helped us in the purchase of daily breakfast vouchers. As the hotel is newly opened the room is very clean and the shower area is spacious. We hope that the hotel management continues to maintain and upkeep the hotel.
The location and the outside environment of the hotel are a bit isolated from the city Center nevertheless it’s easy to “didi” or get a taxi to get around.

Exceeded our expectation for sure. Definitely value for money. Liked this hotel very much and have been recommending to friends. Room is spacious with modern decor and lighting. Liked their breakfast too!

The hotel was new and clean, breakfast was good. The location was far from the city. But it’s near the the railway station 5 min. by Taxi.
