We had a wonderful week at Grange Bank House with the nicest hosts imaginable. You can feel the care and love Pete and Warren put into every little detail. Very clean and comfortable rooms, an excellent breakfast and the best location in beautiful Shanklin Old Village. 5 out of 5 stars and highly recommended!

The best b&b guest house we have ever stayed at. Spotless venue in a super location close to the best area of Shanklin. Room cleaned every day. Every detail thought of. Amazing breakfasts and very welcoming hosts. You won’t be disappointed.

We have stayed at Grange Bank House many times now and it absolutely never disappoints. Peter and Warren (and gorgeous Maggie) always go the extra mile to make our stay so special. The guest house has a lovely home from home atmosphere and the rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It’s a great place to just relax and unwind. The location of the guest house makes it a perfect base to visit all parts of the island. If you don’t feel like travelling far though, Shanklin is a lovely place to spend the day, with a gorgeous beach to relax and enjoy. Breakfast at the guest house is excellent and really sets you up for the day. We only had coffee and cake during the day before our evening meal. There’s plenty of lovely places to eat within a short walk from the guest house. We highly recommend staying at Grange Bank House to our family and friends. It’s simply the best.

Another lovely weekend staying with Pete and warren . Such friendly welcoming gentleman. Food was excellent as usual and beds comfy . All the little touches are there like my teabag always on the side . They know their guests . We were able to explore the island and get recommendations for restaurants.

We just came home after staying a week , Pete and Warren are exceptional hosts , they have thought of everything like messaging your room is ready whilst we are on the ferry , mugs for your coffee in your room , large cafetière for Fi in the morning at breakfast , the breakfast is fantastic and Warren does great poached eggs, the location is superb for restaurants and theatre is 5 mins away The place is so clean and a home from home. If trip advisor allowed I would give Pete and Warren 6 stars Will recommend to all our friends and family Thank you Paul and Fi and hope to see you again soon

If your looking for locality in Shanklin village and a first class stay look no further. Warren and Peter are so welcoming, with tea or coffee offered upon arrival and a friendly greeting we felt at home almost immediately. And that was just the starters. Main course was an immaculate room with lovely touches such as chocolates on the door in the evening to greet you, in the room selection of other treats and drink choices, toiletries and the most comfortable bed. The dessert... Well the most delicious cooked breakfast with great ingredients ..the sausages are great! Thank you sooo...much Warren and Peter our stay even if short was fab! We Will be back!

Well that’s another fabulous Christmas spent at Grange Bank House. It was everything you could want and more. Warren and Peter were outstanding hosts as ever, assisted by gorgeous Maggie. The other guests were really great company and we had the best time together. We can’t thank Peter and Warren enough for making our Christmas break so special. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Another fantastic stay with Warren and Pete (and Maggie). We took this trip for two special reasons and Pete & Warren went above and beyond to make it even better. The room was beautiful, breakfast was perfect. Our favourite place to stay in Shanklin. Looking forward to our next stay.

Another great stay at probably the best guest house anywhere, let alone the Isle of Wight. Warren and Pete are great hosts. They certainly put a lot of effort into making every guest feel welcome and valued. I doubt that you would find this level of hospitality anywhere else. Thank you both (again).
