Rodeado de bosques, el aire es embriagadoramente fresco, como si estuvieras en una barra de oxígeno natural. Hablemos del área de la piscina de aguas termales del hotel, que es realmente lo más destacado. 由於上個月體驗過取捨民宿的服務態度，第二次來亞布力玩時，毅然決然還是選這連住幾天。服務態度沒得説，剛到門口就幫忙提行李，那行李箱又多又重，真的是辛苦小哥哥們啦～這些天的相處很開心🥳民宿地理位置優越，一樓呆著很舒適。賓至如歸的～超適合帶娃家庭出行，因為小哥哥們有空時都會陪孩子們玩。這點超級無敵贊。門口也能玩。自帶的餐廳好多好吃的。早餐也比別家豐富，拔絲地瓜超讚。離亞布力滑雪場很近，而且民宿小哥哥們還能免費接送，真不愧配對的管家服務。附近遊玩的地方很多，都不遠。下次還會再去。

Mi primera experiencia con Club Med y entré con éxito. Aaron y Jackie en la oficina principal brindan un servicio meticuloso en todas partes, desde la consulta previa al check-in hasta el check-out. Llegamos un poco temprano el día del check-in y Jackie vino a ayudarnos a registrarnos antes del horario laboral, nos mostró el hotel y, después de hacer los arreglos, se apresuró a ir a comer, lo cual fue muy considerado. David, el director de la escuela de esquí, nos ayudó pacientemente a recomendar y coordinar los cursos adecuados. El instructor fue muy profesional y pacientemente demostró y corrigió los movimientos irregulares. Las habilidades de esquí de los niños mejoraron enormemente. I would say this is the best of best experience I’m having , met a few families from Singapore as well , all of them were having same great comments on this home stay , owner is extremely friendly and helpful , he helped us booked a few activities which prices are much lower than market ( I did some research and compared ) .  This home stay is top notch in Yabuli I believe , try it you would know I meant

Fascinatingly designed boutique hotel with literally international 4-Star standard amenities. Could see how much details was put into the design of each room and each guest hall. In the room, The smart toilet was a must have for me. The shampoo was what you will get in 4-star hotels. The bedsheets were crisply ironed and clean. The mattress were the supportive type. The pillows were superb too. They even have humidifier in the room. The reception contacted us a week before the trip, that’s really assuring to me as a foreigner without a local phone number. So I managed to get a lot of info established before hand. Really great! Because I like to be informed in advance. Response via WeChat was super prompt and organized throughout our stay. The reception team works closely with the drivers and attractions to personalize your experience for you. I felt that the touring arrangements were really seamless. In their guest hall, guests can access the smart washing machine, microwave, hot water, drinking water, tea etc. WiFi was not stable. The breakfast was delicious and healthy with more variety than expected. The hotel was humbly saying that they only offer “millet porridge and salted duck egg” but no no no, they actually offered a mini buffet of 10 different dishes with freshly made soy milk. Overall the stay was way beyond expectation for me. Highly recommended for international tourists.

Just book this place already! You don’t need to look any further. AMAZING!!! As foreigners, traveling in China can be challenging but Sandy made our trip so much easier! She is a wonderful host that accommodated all our needs with a smile! She arranged a taxi for us that picked us op from the train station and took us straight to the apartment. We traveled during Chinese New Year which can be hard with getting a taxi and getting restaurants that are open. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant right next to the apartment and could watch all the people ski and have fun on the slopes! We arrived earlier than check in but Sandy assisted us so that we could change into our ski clothes and helped us to get a coach for our ski lesson, all the equipment and ski passes. After our wonderful time on the slopes, she took us to a hot springs! She took photos, translated and arranged all tickets needed. She surpasses all expectations when considering the service! The room was spacious, clean and had a wonderful view! The room was warm and had enough blankets that made the stay very comfortable! My only recommendation would be to provide drinking water in the room. The stay at Lucheng Apartments made our whole Yabuli experience amazing and we can’t wait to come back again!
