We felt at home since being picked up at the train station by the hotel(pre-arranged earlier). The owner welcomed us warmly by greeting us with the white scarves once we arrived at the hotel. The hotel also helped us with the bag to our room located on the 3rd floor. We chose this hotel just to feel the farm stay vibe of China and we are glad we chose it in the first place. The rooms we booked were big and enough to accommodate 4 of us. It has a heated floor and, bathtubs in the room, we find it odd but the children love it, a warm ventilated shower(the temperature of the shower room can be controlled), a smart toilet (the toilet rim is heated and it is so convenient to use, especially in winter). They provided also the room with a tea set, mandarin oranges, sweet snacks, and enough toilet amenities. The hotel also provided Yunnan with traditional dress at the GF to be used by the guests. Halal food for breakfast was good. The hotel also offered us a ride to Dukezong Ancient City twice. The. We came back to the hotel by using didi. Only one thing maybe can be improved the pillow is a bit thin but it is not a big problem for us. Overall we were amazed by the hospitality and the effort put in by the hotel owner and all of its staff. We wish to come back here in another season. Love from Malaysia.

I love this hotel. The owner is very kind and pretty :D We got free upgrade room with fantastic view! Good location to healing near Napahai Lake. The room is very spacious and very clean. Vegetarian breakfast very delicious. Excellent service 5/5 !! - Malaysian traveller.

I reallyyy loveee this hotel! Think no more and just proceed with your booking 😀 Big room, beautiful hotel, complete amenities, beautiful surrounding, breakfast for Muslim and very kind host. They offer free pickup and even bought us bus ticket to Balagezong. Bus pick us up by the roadside of hotel, so we do not need to go down to Dukezong ancient city. Thanx to hotel for dealing with the bus driver. On our way back from Balagezong, traffic was not moving due to an accident happened on the highway. We wechat the hotel staff and they came right away to pick us up! God bless them for the super wonderful treatment. Once arrived at the hotel, staff cooked us vegetarian food and served hot tea. This is the best hospitality I ever get from any hotel that I stayed. They also provide free traditional clothes to wear and help you while dressing up. You can have a photoshoot at the lake behind hotel, very convenient. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

I love this hotel's interior design and spacious family room. The lady owner was very welcoming and kind enough to cater to our request for halal breakfast. All of their staff that we encountered were warm and accomodating. They help us try on their traditional costumes for free so we could take pictures near the lake! They even drive us to the ancient town for our dinner. I was pleasantly suprised that on our checkout, the owner gave us a bag of snacks and tea. I remembered telling her that I love the grape oolong tea that were provided in my room. This type of hospitality will make me a returning customer!

This is the best guesthouse/hotel i’ve checked in during my trip to China. I would say 💯 the best. From the host, the services, the room & everything! The best part is they provide ******* outfit for their guests and its for free. You can wear the costume & gontk Napa Lake which is only 5 minutes walking from the hotel. Take photos as much as you want. One of the host also is very good with English. I give A+ for that. The room is superb, i love the vibes of this hotel! And the beautiful host send us to the railway station for free! I really appreciate it! Definitely will recommend it to my friends and fellow
