The hotel is located at the eastern gate of the ancient city of Duquezon in Shangri-La. The Tesco Hotel is located in a convenient location, it is only 3 minutes away from the center of the ancient city. The main part of the B & B is a steel-mixed-earth structure to avoid the sound insulation of the traditional wood structure. Design philosophy is open, innovative, humane and functional, with emphasis on the functioning and spatial organization of the various areas and on the formal beauty of the structure itself. The design is simple and generous, and the space is clean and transparent. The room heating facilities are all water-heating. It is most suitable during the dry season of Shangri-La. There are rest, tea and recreational facilities in the public areas.

Ctrip mostró que el hotel abriría en 2024, pero cuando fui allí descubrí que debería haber estado abierto durante mucho tiempo. The best choice! The best hotel ever! The hospitality and amazing staff! They pick and fetch us from railway station, both way for complimentary. The staff is very helpful, easy to communicate, very attentive and helpful, they help in given direction and also to suggest itinerary program.
We come with group of 6 women, they help to upgrade us to the family room, which is the best and comfortable room. after arrived, we were served for mini hi tea in the garden, although it stated 2 pax, but we were given 6 cup of each of us, I definitely will visit and stay here again, the oxygen also helps a lot. Even they breakfast is lovely although simple, which is sufficient and halal friendly for us. Tq again and totally will recommended to everyone.

Location was near dukezhong ancient city. Nearby many restaurants and convenience stores. Easy to locate in map. Cleanliness was good but dusty under the bed. Service was very good and staff were very friendly. Willing to go all out for the guests. Recommended to stay here.

Very comfortable stay in this hotel :) the room was super spacious and warm! That’s what you need in Shangri-la :) the team was super friendly and in case of help they were super responsive!
The breakfast was ok, not so much to choose from.
Anyway I am really happy about my stay, also for the location super near to the old town.

me and my family had a great 2-night stay here. the location of the homestay is excellent! very short walking distance to the ancient town and convenient pickup point for didi ride. we were surprised and delighted for being upgraded to a bigger suite for free upon arrival. the hosts are also super friendly and extremely helpful! special thanks to 小刘，飞飞，小汪 for their excellent hospitality 🫶

The hotel staff are very helpful. They offered to get the car to pick you up as and drop you off well as helped with your luggage and belongings.
The staff explained everything about the hotel to you and set up the room to be ready to stay. And when I requested something, they are ready to help and solve that quickly.
The hotel offered the afternoon tea as well as the breakfast.
