The place is spacious and you do wake up to farm animals greeting you. It’s a very enjoyable experience and I wished I had spend more time in the hotel to enjoy the nice scenery and the afternoon tea they provide. The room is big enough for us to put our luggage’s and have space to walk around. The toilet is modern and clean, and the room has everything you need in shangrila. Although the location is not that accessible but their front desk is always there to help you.

I am very impressed with the hotel architecture that respects to the beautiful nature around the hotel. The view from the hotel is magnificent from day to night. I love to play with all the three big friendly dogs. The food at hotel restaurant is very delicious both dinner and breakfast. The hotel coffee shop is so homey and comfortable with a very good drinks and cakes. Every staffs are so kind and gentle to deliver super good services.

The Best Hotel I’ve Ever Stayed At! The location is superb—just near the railway station. From the moment we entered the parking area, we were warmly greeted by three staff members who immediately assisted with our luggage. Check-in was smooth and efficient. They even escorted us to our room and helped with our bags, offering complimentary fruits and snacks upon arrival. What truly made this place special was the breathtaking scenery—ponies, deer, geese, and even Alaskan-style views. It felt like a peaceful countryside retreat. They also surprised us with warm soup and fresh milk, served straight to our room. Another bonus? Free laundry service! Highly recommended for anyone who loves comfort, nature, and outstanding hospitality.

This is one of the best stay so far and that I’ve travel a lot. The services were top notch. Pick up, drop off, afternoon tea, milk before bed and you get to enjoy all the animal and tranquility of its surrounding. I’ve already recommend to my friends and if I get the chance I’ll definitely be back.

The services rendered to us was excellent. The staffs were frendly. This include their kitchen staff. They also accomodated our request to send us to the nearest fresh fruit market late evening without any extra cost. The view from our room was awesome overlooking the snowcapped mountains. We will definitely come here again.

Everything about this place is 5 stars! The staff are very friendly, helpful and move fast! They help my family with our 6 big luggages, pick us up from the train station, to bringing them up to the room up to the third floor. We were welcomed with hot tea at the lobby and fruits were sent to our room upon check in. There are a lot of free good gestures prepared by the place. One night, we were offered snow flower soup but we were not in the room but the next day they gave us hot milk. doing laundry is also free hassle! i just have to let them know to pick up my laundry basket and after a while they will return them clean. the rooms were squeaky clean! and because of the cold, i super appreciate the heated floor! my room has an amazing view of the snow capped mountains while my other families see the beautiful green lawn with a range of mountain in the back. this accommodation located only 3 minutes walk to the famous Heido Cafe! We felt relieved we didn't need to take a taxi. Dukezong town is also not far, only 15-20 minutes by Didi and the railway station about 10-15 minutes by car, which the accommodation would gladly send you using their car. this place made me love Shangri La! I should've stayed longer!
