Location was brilliant however it was abit dusty due to the renovation.
It was convenient to not drive up to visit the temple as we can just walk there with tickets provided.
- breakfast was good
- front desk service can be improved but driver and those who worked at the restaurant was brilliant.
- we wanted to order dinner at 8pm from the western restaurant but was told that it’s closed even though we were told that the last orders is at 9pm.
- not really worth the money. But it is teh founder’s house and we had a lot of fun looking at the antiques in teh hotel.

The Songstam Shangri-La Lvgu Lodge is a 5-star oasis of Tibetan-influenced service and hospitality. We loved our beautiful room overlooking the water and within walking distance of the very special Buddhist monastery next door. Staff spoke just enough English to enable us to make arrangements to tour Shangri La and Tiger Leaping Gorge during our short stay. We particularly enjoyed the delicious complimentary afternoon tea provided for guests. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful 2-night stay. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome (friendly/helpful all the time), and the location adjacent to the Songzalin monastery was fantastic (3-minute walk). Given the multiple entries permitted over several days, we were able to visit the monastery at different times. The sister hotel Songtsam Linka is larger and a bit more lux in feel, but the Lgvu is more intimate and arguably more charming. In any case, free afternoon tea at Linka if you stay at Lgvu.

Book this hotel for a guaranteed amazing time.
1) The interior and decoration of the hotel is beautiful with lots of art.
2) The staff is professional and most accommodating.
3) The monastery next door is magnificent.
4) Last but not least: we considered to stay longer because of the food. The quality and choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner is the best in town (we think but don’t know because we made sure to eat in this hotel 😀)
We became fans of this hotel!

怎麼辦，我種草了松贊，下次還要去有松讚的地方，藏裏藏氣的房間和裝修深得我意，服務人員也很客氣，早餐一般，點餐式的未免選擇不多，而且週一忙的時候會有漏上的情況發生，當然味道是還可以的，綠谷和林卡的中餐廳都去了，味道都一般，林卡更次一點，牛肉火鍋裏的牛肉都是邊角料的骨頭，都這麼貴了竟然用料如此差，冰沙的冰也沒有打碎，所以後麪都不敢點飲料了，總之餐飲可以花點心思做好一點，還有就是蒼蠅太多。
但是瑕不掩瑜，從人文上來看綠谷還是很不錯的，博物館的小姐姐也介紹的很用心，包括帶參觀松贊林寺的綠谷小哥哥也很好！
還有就是用車都很好，不是lotus就是路虎，男孩家庭狂喜！

房間又大又美 窗外湖景無敵了堪比瑞士 特別是酒店送的生日驚喜 房間的用心佈置和贈送的蛋糕 超級開心在此度過了一個難忘的生日！特別感謝管家東凌，服務禮貌周到，有求必應。另外松讚的床品備品還有咖啡和茶還有早餐下午茶都很好～停車也很方便。去旁邊林卡酒店也有免費接駁車，林卡的火鍋特別好吃！下次來香格里拉還住松贊！貴卻值得！

整個酒店的建築內裝花園無需多説，品牌風格別具一格，品味太好了！管家和服務人員都很專業熱情，賓至如歸的感覺。訂的房間挺大，裝修很有味道，木地板的腳感很棒，床邊直面湖景風景開闊。送的布鞋很舒服，最喜歡燙燙的晚安甜茶。美中不足衞生間燈光太暗，沒有化粧鏡，不方便化粧，且無全身鏡，加濕器似乎不太夠猛，鼻子太乾。餐廳的話很喜歡西餐廳曲尼卡，音樂很棒，下午茶和甜品精緻又美味。中餐廳裝修也很贊，點了酸湯火鍋，味道類似冬陰功，湯很好喝，但肉少了點，黃喉太多了吃不完，沾料味道一般。酒店有松贊林寺門票及講解活動，可以從景區後門進入，不用爬正門大台階，非常方便。酒店大門對面沿湖散步還可以拍到松贊林寺的全景，湖邊花海也很美。從綠谷有接駁車到林卡，打卡很好拍的鳥店跟好吃的麪包店。

就在松贊林寺的旁邊，走過去5分鐘，酒店費用中含了兩張松贊林寺的門票，兩天內可以多次出入，這樣可以入住當天下午去一次松贊林寺，第二天一早再進去一次，這兩個時間段遊人都較少，可以慢慢看，遊寺體驗會比較好。酒店周邊沒什麼飲食，所以選在酒店用餐，是中西融合的套餐形式，加了一些藏族元素。酒店建在老宅子裏，主打一個傳統古樸，所以沒有一切智能產品。服務很好，想去林卡看松贊博物館，聯繫前台，隨時有車接送。早餐品質很不錯，都是現點現做送上桌，竟然有現烤的牛排哦。
