High Mountain Resort Shangri-La

Before arriving, the operations manager contacted me to notify us that our room had been upgraded. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. It was fantastic to wake up each morning to see the animals happily grazing in the field below the hotel. The food was some of the best we had on our trip. Will definitely return if visiting Shangri-La again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The views were incredible, the room large, and the staff, especially LIDA, were very helpful. Unfortunately, we got high altitude sickness as soon as we arrived to Shangri La. LIDA was very helpful in getting us the oxygen canisters that we needed and provided us an upgraded room with oxygen to make sure that we were ok. Even while we were away from the hotel, LIDA checked in with us to make sure we were ok and prepared our room to make sure we have a warm and oxygen filled room before we came back from the city. We also left our watch behind after we left and LIDA has been responsible and responsive for mailing us our watch back. We are very grateful for his help! Thank you!

have a good rest after our Shangrila Meili snow mountain and Dukerzhong 4x4 trip . good shower and wifi room is clean and comfortable bed . hotel upgrade us better view from balcony with the room size and bed able to sleep 3 person with my teenager daughter! restaurant is closing down their western selection i think they don't have any western chef ... breakfast is purely Chinese dish nothing special for me. location is not convenience if you doesn't have your own transport .

Location and services are both perfect!! It’s definitely worth to book again.

性價比非常高的酒店，位置景色房間都非常好。不管是父母小孩都很喜歡。服務態度沒得説。有一些不完美的地方，但是哪有完美的酒店，可以理解的。1. 酒店有免費製氧，但是要提前告訴客户。不然客户不知道。2. 房間像地暖和新風等設備最好提前給客户説一下怎麼使用。3. 房間沒有放傘。4. 接駁車要加雨簾，不然下雨刮風還是會淋濕。雖然提了一些建議，但是整體體驗還是非常的好的。

在**上看到的，當時糾結了好幾家，到了酒店很慶幸選了這家高山別莊！莊園在納帕海景區裏，特別大，真的就是一個莊園！管家小楊全程為我們服務，很細心、也很貼心，有擺渡車服務，晚上還為我們送了熱牛奶，開了製氧機，早餐很豐盛！我最喜歡莊園的公共區域，不僅房間有露台可以看到草原，公共區域更是視野開闊！最後管家小楊把我們送到了高鐵站！這次住宿很滿意！
