The homestay boss very nice, help us take luggage, when night also provide a soup to us to drink, the room view also very nice, will come back again if next time got chances, strongly recommend.

Strategic place to stay if you planning to walk around ancient town. Luggage & airport transfer from/to hotel. Easy to reach out and helpful for foreigners. Extra tips because toilet got bidet spray 🤭 Recommended👍🏼

Room is modernly designed, equipped with AI assistant so we had fun communicating with the AI to get some tasks completed. We were served welcome drinks and snacks which we enjoyed a lot. The best part of this hotel is that it comes with free laundry with a powerful dryer. I was expecting to see sunrise from my room but this did not happen. Perhaps I was given the wrong info when I booked the room. However, it was a very enjoyable stay there.

We love the service! The people very kind and polite. Our room were even upgraded during the first night but unfortunately we have to move into other room due to new visitor. Regardless, we dont mind at all, the room that we got was still clean and completed. Except there was no toilet rug and too lazy to ask but its okay. The fact there was places to hangout are the best but we couldnt explore that much. The welcome snacks were much appreciated, we finished most of it. The ginger tea was great. Thank you for the many times requests for ginger tea as one of us got fever. Felt safe and welcome. And washing machine is a no problem especially for backpackers, can easily self-washing. No dryer though. Its fine. The location is a bit high up the hills so to those who’s first time in a very high altitude place, might need the portable oxygen tank or go up slowly to the inn. The oxygen tank in the room was provided! We even got free keychain by the end of our stay at Xianggelila, thought of buying it, instead got it for free. The drive from and to the Xianggelila railway station was so much appreciated, because calling for didi is kinda tiring, like everytime. But because of the inn providing us the drive, it is much convenient. And its very funny how the driver sped up to railway station because we were late for the train. Thank you so much, its a funny experience and the driver has a nice choice of remix song hahah, love the service. The guy who gave the keychain was also warmhearted. Xianggelila was splendid because of you guys thank you!!

The owners are a lovely family. We are super thankful for the upgrade they gave us - we were given the best room of the homestay. The room was incredibly spacious and clean. Had lots of fun playing with Nessie, their puppy. It is a bit of a walk up to the homestay but it is worth it.
