The best in town. The staff are amazing, friendly, helpfull and included pick up from the station. Location is right next to Golden Prayer Wheel and center of ancient town. The rooms is beautiful just like the photos. Communication with the hotel is easy with wechat.

The accommodation is located right inside Dukezong Ancient City, and the staff are very responsible. A day before our arrival, they asked what time we would get there and arranged a buggy to pick up our luggage and take us to the accommodation.
It was snowing on the day we arrived, but thankfully, the place had underfloor heating. Most importantly, there was a dispersed oxygen supply, which helped my family avoid altitude sickness.
I will definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommend—go for it without hesitation!

The hotel is well located near the old town market and the prayer wheel. The hotel staff are welcoming and very helpful. The room design and amenities are very good and it offered O2 and heating. Breakfast and afternoon tea are tasty and big bonus in the very cold weather.

Our stay at 逸馨·月下尘世HYGGE | 空间艺术酒店 was wonderful! The host was incredibly friendly, always ready to help and make us feel at home. The room was cozy and high-tech, with voice-controlled AI appliances, a super comfortable bed, and heated floor pads—perfect for Shangri-La’s chilly nights. 提前一天入住的時候管家就打電話來詢問是否需要接送✨
我們是晚上入住的，一進門就遞上温熱的酥油茶🥛，還貼心把行李直接送到房間。入住不久還會送來現切水果和鮮榨橙汁🍊🥝服務真的體貼細微到極致。
我是浙江來的，還會擔心會不會高反，這房間簡直是高原救星！全屋智能系統超好用，喊一聲「天貓精靈」就能調燈光、開地暖、放白噪音。智能馬桶帶加熱功能，半夜上廁所再也不怕涼颼颼！重點誇爆地暖+加濕器+全屋供氧！！
早餐的種類也很豐富，除了一個九宮格拼盤🥗，還有米線🍜，酥油茶和氂牛奶…
酒店就在古城核心區，步行5分鐘到月光廣場，去松贊林寺打車10分鐘，納帕海開車20分鐘，玩完回來還可以用泡腳桶泡腳，10分鐘就進入夢鄉了😴
