Muyun Mountain Area Oxygen Supply Residential Home

Very good experience staying at this hotel. They provided free pickup from the railway station. Pickup was also on time. The staff very friendly and attentive. The room was very nice, spacious and fully equipped. Location inside of the ancient town, and walking distance to halal restaurants for Muslim travelers. Overall everything was excellent, would stay at this place if i visit Shang Ri La again in the future. Thank you!

Everything was excellent. The staff cannot speak English but we communicate efficiently through wechat. Despite language barrier, the service is impressive. They try to cater to our needs and fast to respond to inquiries. The hotel is modern and futuristic, with buttons to control almost everything jn the room. Having floor and mattress temperature control, having an oxygen tank with nasal prong which is especially helpful in high altitudes. The location is very near to old town and bus stop. Making it easy to access to scenic areas. We went to Balagezong from nearest bus station and was dropped off near hotel. Everything is excellent. Totally recommend a stay here (: great hotel with great staff.

Everything is good. They even provide pickup service. However, there is currently having road construction work outside.

I’m from malaysia & every things about this hotel is so perfect. They provided pick up & drop off service from station for free. The host also very kind and helpful eventhogh i can’t speak chinese. I love the hotel because it keeps you warm and comfortable. Definitely will stay here again if i come to shangri-la. The distance from hotel to ancient city also not to far. Only 5 mins walkaway. I just love every single things about this hotel. The price also reasonable.

Highly recommended! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They responded to our messages promptly and took the time to clearly explain how to use the in-room oxygen supply. They also reminded us not to shower on the first day to help prevent altitude sickness, which was thoughtful. When I lost the access card, they assisted me without asking for any compensation. The hotel even provided transit service to the railway station. This was truly one of the best stays during our Yunnan trip!

Love everything about this hotel. From the service to the location. They even drop us off at the train station free of charge. I would highly recommend it to everyone.
