1. Boss is very friendly! Offered to come and pick us when we reach and also send us to train station after we check out. Helped us to transfer our bag to the room first even before we check in. Very sincere and helpful boss. 2. Room is spacious and warming as u can see from the photo. Temp this period was close to zero degree celcius but room is very cozy 3. Hotel lobby is very grand and ******* style 4. Hotel provided with free breakfast - as shown in photo below 5. There is also self-purchase vending machine that sells fruits and drinks, which is very convenient for stayer to buy even at midnight. Overall, experience here Is very good. Amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The hotel took the initiative to message us first through Trip.com to ask what time we wanted to be picked up. They even picked us up in a Mercedes! 🚗 Later that night, they invited us to go out together to see the local dancing culture at Dukezong Ancient Town. I stayed with my child, and there was a tent inside the bedroom that made my child so happy. The room was spacious, and the hotel itself was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, when my child started coughing because of the cold, they even gave us vitamin C for her. When we checked out, they also drove us to the high-speed railway station. I was so happy staying here. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Best ******* hotel in shangri la! Hotel is beautiful, fresh flowers, lots of free gifts can be claimed with hotel such as transfers, fruits, tibet clothing and breakfast. Grandma is very friendly and polite and very attentive to customer. Grandma very helpful! Can consider stay here. 😍😍

The staff of the hotel picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at the railway at departure. Asked if we were hungry. Carried our backbag and gave us beer and some snacks. They were so friendly. The accomendation looks amazing. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms are super modern. Huge recommendation.
