Good location in Duzekong. Well equipped room with heater. Free transport from/to train station and airport.

Need to improve on 1. Service was very poor. This hotel is seeming lack of staff. We stayed here 4 days 3 nights but hardly found any staff there. 2 No staff at the check in : We arrived around 5 pm but no one there so our driver helped us to call the hotel and manage to activate key cards for us. If no driver we should not know how to do as we cannot understand Chinese and the hotel staff only can communicate in Chinese. The temperature at the lobby was very cold around-4 C. Can’t imagine if we had to wait there for 3 hours. 3. Once we got in the room, the room was really freezing. We had to find the way to turn on the heating by ourselves and It took about 5-6 hours for room to warm. No staff to ask. 4. Staff didn’t come back until 8 pm. 5. Room was not clean and no towel. 6. Even it said room included breakfast but breakfast not prepared until we complained. There was one lady to make breakfast at 9:30 am and the breakfast was just milk, plain porridge, 1 boiled egg and fried flour. Only 1 day that they provided breakfast because we complained but the rest no staff can be found. 7. No cleaning room during stay. We need to help ourselves to find new towel, tissue etc. 8. Water temperature was difficult to adjust temperature, can be only very hot or very cold no in the middle and the water is very weak. 9. Room temperature also cannot adjust, after heating is working it was very warm and dry. Good things 1. Location is good at the center of old town. 2. Toilet with automatic flush and clean 3. Comfortable bed 4. Provide airport transfer

The location is near to the north gate of Dukezong Old City. The owner is very friendly and help us to book the E-bike. The room provided the heater . Overall is good.

房間設施很好 有地暖 有投影 都是智能設施 而且很有民族特色 位置就在獨克宗古城裡麪 去哪裡都挺方便 還有接送服務 房主人很不錯 很帥年輕特別好相處 還給我們升級了房型 房間裏地暖特別暖和 還有供氧設備 很不錯的體驗噢 推薦推薦～

重點，太冷了！還沒有熱水，一點都沒熱水！我來的時候下着雪，室內的温度穿拖鞋凍腳。因為沒有熱水，我打算燒水洗臉，但洗手池的塞子也是壞的，我最後沒辦法衹能用塑料袋接水燒水洗臉！被窩裡太冷了，我把自己的內膽羽絨服和羊毛襪穿着睡覺，被子上面還蓋了我的羽絨服。在這種高反的地區不敢感冒，我放下行李晚上回去11點半，就遇到這種情況，前台也沒人了，很無語。一夜沒睡好。這是我住過最冷的民宿了😰洗手間的馬桶漏水，有異味，這都是小事，冷和沒熱水實在沒法忍，希望老闆把能投影的錢用來買個電熱毯，把熱水供應到位！
