Es bueno para la piscina, pero ya que es un hotel familiar, la temperatura también debería ser buena para los niños jugando. Nice resort, idyllic located in the woods, close to the national forrest park. Be aware that you will meet some deers, rooming the area freely. We liked the tea house and the coffee place in the woods.

2 nights - February, cold and grey weather. One of the best points was the calm! It was very quiet, and from our room we could barely hear anything around, it was such a pleasant discovery and relaxing trait. The room (they upgraded us - thank you very much) was very nice, spacious, clean, really clean. Very good. The first floor (lobby area) was cold, and being in the restaurant for breakfast was not always very comfortable after a while due to the cold air passing through. Except for the hotel restaurant, there were no other options around, unless ordering takeaway ... and unfortunately, the food at the hotel was quite expensive, and the restaurant closed most of the time. The staff was most time helpful, especially the young lad in the night shift, a very kind person; very appreciated. The breakfast was ok, there is room for improvement.

選擇這家酒店的原因是因為，從圖片和視頻看還是非常的大氣的。實際上的體驗也是非常舒適的。但是有兩個問題:一是設備，從電視到用品都是大牌子，但是電視節目有限；花灑已經有點噴水。二是半夜一點多有客户在走廊吵鬧，持續了半個多小時，當然這個應該早有預料，因為入住時，就有人開着門打牌。酒店在管理上，可以再提升一些。其餘環境、餐飲、服務都不錯。

El hotel está en el paisaje, el entorno ecológico es muy bueno, hay muchas pequeñas hierbas de la noche saltando por la carretera. La cena y el desayuno son todos los estilos de la comida, especialmente el desayuno, muy rico, y las dos personas no pueden comer. Las instalaciones del hotel son de estilo clásico, los detalles están llenos, y es un buen lugar para absorber oxígeno.

The service was beyond outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable at all times. They were incredibly polite, thoughtful, and always checked in on us to see if we needed anything. One of the many highlights of our stay was the unexpected upgrade to a larger and more luxurious room. The room itself was stunning—spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The Balmain and Penhaligon’s amenities added a touch of indulgence, and the bed was so comfortable that we slept like babies every night. The food at the restaurant was another standout. Every dish was made with ingredients sourced from their own farm, including freshly harvested rice, vegetables, and even their own meat. The quality and freshness were evident in every bite, making every meal a delight. What truly set this resort apart was the level of care and attention from the staff. Even after we checked out, they surprised us with packed snacks for our long ride back to Shanghai—such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture! It’s rare to find this kind of genuine hospitality, where you truly feel like a valued guest rather than just another visitor. The resort itself is massive, offering plenty of space to explore. We loved taking peaceful walks around the lake, breathing in the crisp, fresh air, and simply soaking in the tranquility of the surroundings. It was the perfect escape from city life. Overall, this was one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve ever had. The combination of exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, farm-to-table dining, and breathtaking surroundings made for an unforgettable stay. We will definitely be back, and I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a truly special getaway!

女兒在崇明上學開學第一天早上打電話回家説嘔吐難受渾身無力，馬上開車去她學校接了她去陳家鎮的一個衞生所看病，診療開葯掛水一直到下午四點半才結束。本來想送女兒回學校可是她還是虛弱得不行連走進學校的力氣都沒有，沒辦法就找了離學校最近的這家酒店住下。兩位前台小姐姐得知女兒身體不適非常熱情地送水加被子，由於怕女兒第二天不能恢復我提出早餐能不能讓我打包一份，雖然前台沒有這個職權但她們仍然積極幫我和餐廳溝通並最終答覆説可以打包。最後還表示如果晚上有什麼突**況或需要可以及時聯繫她們，她們一定會盡力提供幫助。 第二天早上女兒雖然好轉了但還是起不來，早上下樓雖然前台的服務員換人了但還是主動問我女兒的身體狀況，我去餐廳吃早餐門口的小姐姐主動問我是不是205的客人我説是的她馬上説那您先用餐一會兒給您送打包盒來，由此可見前台昨天已經和餐廳完全落實了這件事，即使當班的人不同但無論是前台還是餐廳都把客人的需求交接好了。 最後退房的時候前台小姐姐還送了我一個伴手禮，關鍵的是自始自終沒有一個人因為為客人提供了額外的服務而要求客人給五星好評，因為這樣的事我碰到的太多了，我想這應該是彰顯了她們對客人的尊重和對自己服務質量的自信。 最後再次感謝前台和餐廳的四位美女小姐姐，你們的服務讓我深受感動，關於酒店的設施環境什麼的我就不説什麼了因為就憑你們這樣的服務在我眼裡都是好的！

My wife and I had recently stayed at the NAMIYA hotel. I can honestly say that we both had a fanatic experience. The staff were courteous and accommodating with regards to requests. The facilities were excellent with wonderfully minimalistic rooms. The food at the restaurant was of top quality and the servers were most helpful. I particularly would like to mention the host, a gentleman called Skye, who was so very gracious and accommodating. He genuinely cared how my wife and I were during our stay. His English was at a very good level which made it very easy for me to converse with him. I will definitely be going again.
