Hoteles en Xuhui, Shanghái

Nuestra familia viaja en cada festividad, visitando muchos lugares, pero es raro encontrar un sitio tan satisfactorio que me anime a escribir una reseña. Primero, la habitación estaba muy limpia y cómoda; segundo, debo elogiar su excelente ubicación. Al salir, girando a la izquierda, se llega al Edificio Wukang, y un agradable paseo te lleva a la calle Wukang y la calle Anfu. Está a menos de 20 minutos a pie de la Academia Xujiahui, y por el camino se pasa por la Universidad Jiaotong. También está muy cerca de la estación de metro, y hay cafeterías y restaurantes populares justo al salir. Después de cuatro días, me arrepentí un poco de no haber reservado más. Es tranquilo pero práctico, y se puede cocinar y lavar la ropa fácilmente: ¡una opción genial para viajes en familia! El único pequeño inconveniente es que las almohadas eran demasiado altas y mullidas, lo que me provocó dolor de cuello después de unos días, pero en realidad fue culpa mía por no comunicarme con el anfitrión; siempre se mostraron muy atentos a resolver cualquier problema. En resumen, ¡un diez!

Great location for concert at Shanghai Stadium, could walk back with around 20mins walking distance. The room is spacious, clean and good sound proof. Convenient food delivery with robot service directly up to your room. The hotel has a separate room to keep good from online shopping too, just need to inform the delivery man to inform counter staff, which is very convenient! The breakfast choice are good with variety of selection, vegetables are different during my stay (4 nights). However, the fried rice and flat noodles seem like keeping there for at least 3 days, it looks the same with lesser quantities each day during my stay. Same for the sides dishes for noodles too. Not the best service for the staff during my check in experience, with the two staff (one female & male) at around 2pm. The staff was not attentive and kind of not professional, was talking loudly over the phone to the cleaner and chit chatting when I was waiting for the check in. The hotel checking system seems not clear, the staff don't even know how long was my stay. The room still not ready at 2.15pm. The staff at night (wearing spectacular) was more attentive and professional tho. He offered help to send my luggage up to my room too.

La recepción me molestó llamándome por la mañana para preguntarme si quería que me arreglaran la habitación, a pesar de que había activado el cartel de ”no molestar”. Sin embargo, el personal lo compensó con sus sinceras disculpas y permitiéndome amablemente hacer el check-out más tarde. Agradezco el gesto. No obstante, el personal necesita recibir mejor capacitación.

設施：定了高級大床房，可能是辦理入住比較晚，分配的房間是一樓，雖然有外窗，但貼了磨砂膜，並且安全起見開啟角度有限位，除了可以通通風，和沒有窗區別也不大，並且一樓靠近一個什麼裝卸口，噪音蠻大的；房間不規整，並且看圖片高級大床房一般有沙發，分配房間時前台未做任何解釋説明，分配給我們的房間僅有一把椅子，一個書桌，沒有任何能放行李的地方，兩個人入住，一個人坐椅子，另一個人衹能站着或者洗澡上床，行李堆在書桌上，吃飯衹能去大堂公區，實在過於侷促，不像是高級大床房應該有的樣子，從這個房間看，性價比不高。 服務：雖然華住會小程序可以13點退房，但前台告知我們是攜程下單，12點就要退房，和前台商量想要延遲到14點（因為家屬14點考試，走到考場衹用5分鐘，想讓他午休到13.30我再收拾一下行李退房），前台勉強同意我們13.30退房，説再晚就要加收房費；但下午在大堂等考試的家屬時，卻聽到前台打電話催其他房客退房説的是退房晚於15點系統就加收房費，聽着心裏有些不舒服，明明我們有比較合理的訴求，為何不能答應再晚一點退房呢？衹能説服務有待優化吧。 早餐：房間訂單本身不含早餐，入住時加購了早餐券，但餐廳用餐兩天均未有驗券的工作人員，也沒有人問過房號，大家也是隨便進出的，不知道如何區分有沒有購買早餐的住客的，感覺怪怪的。 環境：新店裝修還比較温馨，藍粉色調，和早些年的漢庭比確實令人耳目一新；大堂有卡座，可以吃外賣、等候、休息，有充電頭和枱燈，提供飲用水和茶包，這點還是蠻不錯的，希望優化服務和管理，提供更加人性化、透明化的住宿體驗。

Me alojé en este hotel y mi experiencia en general fue bastante buena. La limpieza y las instalaciones eran excelentes, y el servicio aceptable. Sin embargo, hay una obra justo al lado del hotel, que empieza a trabajar desde las 6 de la mañana, lo que causa algunas molestias por ruido. No obstante, quedé satisfecho con la comodidad y la limpieza del hotel. En general, este hotel ofrece una buena relación calidad-precio y lo recomiendo si no te preocupa demasiado el entorno. Sugiero que el hotel se coordine con la obra para reducir la contaminación acústica matutina. Recomendación: 7/10

Stayed here before and liked it for those few days. This time because I stayed longer I found a few flaws. There is no where to put your clothes other than some hangers and some hooks in the bathroom would be good. The room size for 1 is ok not too bad and everything works well. My neighbour was talking loudly around 1am and then realised the walls are thin, however the front desk moved me to a new room so they at least tried.

Room was okay but the smell of the hotel wasn't the best and the service when we arrive took a really long time. Otherwise the location was excellent
