Shanghai Xindiyuan Apartment

The service is exceptional, We have been contacted by WeChat and received detailed information. They always replied in the same minute to all our questions and demands. They Even helped us with the registration as we couldn’t do it. The location is also good as it is at walking distance to Yuyuan and The Bund (but kind of far to subway). The views are amazing just like in the photos. However the rest of the apartment is not like in the photos, it is much older, the chairs are old, hard to sit and enjoy the view, the walls are dirty, overall, although there is a nice view, the apartment doesn’t give you the feeling to stay in. But as for a 2 bedroom apartment the price was very affordable, I can’t really complain!

숙소 갔는데 일단 장소나 보안은 좋았아요 정말 한국 아파트단지 내의 건물이고 바로 앞에 도보 5분 거리에 예원이 있어요 그런데 문제는 너무 더러워요 모든 물품에 먼지가 있고 침대 아래에 먼지가 가득 쌓여서 무서웠어요.. 그리고 2층으로 되어있어요. 아 화장실에 휴지만 내렸는데도 막혀서 고생했네요 ㅠㅠㅠ 저렴하지만 중국 내에선 그렇게 저렴한것도 아니라서 흠.. 추천은 아닙니당!

地理位置 ： 相當便利。電梯一出來 就 看到了 豫園浦東 三件套。夜景很美。其中一個卧室也能清楚看到三件套。走路去 豫園 5 分鐘。然後去 黃浦江也就 十幾分種。隔壁 就是 香港名都 裏面全是各種吃的。 房間裏面 和 網上照片一摸一樣。廳不大。衹有一個餐桌 和 4 把椅子。有洗衣機哦。這個方便。走道比較寬 我們的行李箱 就放在了 走道里。開放式廚房還算寬敞的。也很乾凈。 入住： 房主給了具體的 入住指南。入住完全沒有問題。房主團隊 很容易溝通。有任何問題幾乎是 秒回。 總結： 在 黃浦區 豫園和 外灘附近 這家民宿性價比不錯的。適合 3-4 口 小家庭。
