Vienna Hotel (Shanghai Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street)

地理位置太方便了，就是南京路步行街上，到哪裡都很方便，上海悶熱的天氣，有這樣方便的地理位置真的省了很多事，就是房間有點袖珍，寸金寸土的地方，這倒是能理解，嘻嘻

這是我住過最糟糕的酒店！ 我們搭乘晚班飛機，抵達酒店時已是深夜，人非常疲憊。然而，前台的接待態度極差，完全沒有基本的禮貌和服務意識，彷彿我們欠了她錢一樣。我們帶着大量行李進門，卻連一句歡迎或問候都沒有。 房間非常舊、臟，還不時飄來煙味，根本不像無煙房。隔音極差，樓道聲音、外面車輛的噪音完全能聽得一清二楚。 最令人無法接受的是浴室，下水道傳出惡臭，而且嚴重堵塞，必須反覆開關水龍頭才能洗完澡，否則水會倒灌到整個浴室、廁所甚至房間！簡直噁心。 酒店的位置在“第一食品”的後巷，凌晨到早上一直有垃圾車、貨車上下貨，吵到根本無法睡覺。 外賣也無法點送到房間，詢問前台時，對方態度極不友善，衹冷冷地説“因為你們是外國人”。 我們住了四天三夜，期間所有員工的臉色都非常難看，毫無笑容，完全感受不到一點點的“賓至如歸”。 退房時想讓小孩臨時上個廁所，前台還是那個不友善的女士，竟然説不可以，讓我們去對面商場上公廁，令人傻眼。 而且酒店門口不能讓滴滴打車接送，叫車極不方便。 除了地理位置靠近南京路步行街，其他方面都一無是處。以這個價格來説，性價比極低，完全不值得！ 我們再也不會來，也不會推薦給任何人！ The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had! We arrived late at night after a long flight, already exhausted. The front desk staff had a horrible attitude – no greeting, no smile, just a face like we owed her money. We had several pieces of luggage, and not a single word of welcome was offered. The room was filthy and extremely old, with a lingering smell of smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The soundproofing was terrible – we could hear every noise from the hallway and trucks outside. The worst part was the bathroom. There was a disgusting sewage smell, and the drain was clogged. We had to turn the water on and off multiple times to avoid flooding the entire bathroom and even the room. It was horrible! The hotel is located behind the “First Food” building, and from midnight until morning, there were garbage trucks and delivery trucks making noise nonstop. It was impossible to sleep. We couldn’t even order food delivery. When we asked the front desk, they rudely said, “Because you’re foreigners.” We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and every staff member we encountered looked angry and unfriendly. There was absolutely no hospitality. After checking out, we asked if our child could use the restroom before leaving. The same woman from check-in coldly refused and told us to go across the street to the public toilet in the mall. To make matters worse, you can’t even get a Didi ride to the hotel entrance – extremely inconvenient. Apart from the location （near Nanjing Road pedestrian street）, there is NOTHING good about this hotel. The price is way too high for what it offers – definitely not worth it. Never coming back, and I won’t recommend this place to anyone!
