Hilton Shanghai Zhangjiang Science City

It was a 5nights trip with my girlfriend. Hilton did not dissapoint. Room was huge and very clean. Service was great. Bed was comfortable but the standard pillows were a little soft. They actually had several pillows for us to choose. The only drawback would be the location. Its located at business district and away from the main areas like The Bund or Nanjing. Would still highly recommend this hotel! My girl and I was satisfied with this hotel.

I stayed here for just one night during a flight transit and honestly wish I had more time to enjoy everything this hotel has to offer. The property is brand new and spotless, with a sleek, modern design that feels both cozy and luxurious. The staff were incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with—everything from check-in to check-out was smooth. I asked for a late check-out and they were happy to accommodate. I even received a small free room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise! The elevator worked flawlessly, very impressive, other hotels in China I had to wait for the elevators, and the hotel has fantastic amenities: a well-equipped gym, relaxing spa, beautiful pool, and even a rooftop garden with amazing views. It really felt like a hidden gem. I’ll definitely be back for a longer stay next time!

Excellent place to stay at! The building is beyond words, beautiful inside and outside. From the lobby to the rooms to any other public space, the hotel is stunning. The rooms are also very convenient, clean and pretty. The sound proofing is excellent, during our stay I wasn't disturbed once by other guests. Last but not least the entire hotel smell amazing! The staff are also wonderful . I do not know enough Chinese to order food or ask for help but the staff were beyond patienent and helpful with us and thus we had no issue communicating even despite the language barrier. Breakfast offered a wide variety of foods, everyone could find something to their liking. The lunch options available at the lobby were also good. The location is a bit inconvenient if you wish to explore the inner city of shanghai but otherwise it was quite and charming. The pool area is a bit small compared to what I'm used to but everything else was so good it didn't really bother me.

Front desk receptionist service was very good. Breakfast has lots of food choices, however, food temperature is general not hot enough which needs improvement. Overall satisfied stay.
