Room is clean and look warm design. No far from mrt station. Staff very nice

It’s ok near to the location of the Hongqiao event space. I didn’t however realise when booking id be in the basement. If I booked here again I’d definitely book a room with a view rather than being two floors underground. Due to the room being underground, it was very dry and noises would come through the pipes all night with some rather loud ones, when I expect the boiler of the place was filling up. My last gripe was the shower didn’t drain properly, the first night I stayed there was a bit of a mess as the shower door does not block the water out sufficiently, this coupled with fact the drain didn’t work, was pretty bothersome. Staff friendly, helpful and nice, helping me get a taxi to the airport in the morning before my flight. TDLR: would stay again, just not on accident in the basement.

偶爾在攜程上訂的酒店，真是超出預期了，價格不貴很實惠，主要是服務態度好，遇到晚上下雨，晚上打不到車，到了酒店服務態度像回到了家一樣，尤其是11.25號晚上的前台和保安大叔太熱情了，必須給好評，房間馬桶和窗簾都是智能的，服務也好房間也不錯[強]

朋友們在訂酒店是一定要看清楚，第一次見地下的房間。到達時候房間門是敞開式的，服務員説是因為什麼蟲子什麼的。到達房間後看見這污漬，我無言。我們晚上8點多辦理的入住，就一直在處理這些事情。問有沒有樓上的房間，説是要加價，因為房型不一樣，問加多少，説不知道，過一會打電話説加50，去看了房間小到不行。同行人就問為什麼這種房間還要50，一位女服務員直接説“那你們直接退房吧”。我們要求退房是你們不給退呢，説我們已經入住了。還有，在出行前我打電話問可以幫忙收快遞嗎？接電話的人告訴我可以的，有專門放快遞的地方。我們以為是櫃子，結果只是全部東西丟！在！地上！真的累了。最後實在無奈，坐了一天飛機了也很累了，就打算將就一晚，之後幾晚取消預訂。人生第一次給差評，要是沒有平台我不知道會怎樣被處理這個問題。

Xfeel 酒店給我留下了深刻的印象。 酒店位置優越，周邊配套設施完善。房間寬敞明亮，佈置温馨。床品舒適，讓我一夜好眠。服務人員態度非常好，有求必應。 酒店的餐飲也很不錯，種類豐富。總之，這是一次非常愉快的入住體驗，強烈推薦大家來試試 。 店裡空間不是很大，但佈置很集中，燈光渲染也很有氛圍房間比較小，但是非常乾淨整潔，裝修是極簡ins風，很喜歡。

設施：很新，非常滿意，帶投影儀，非常實用 衞生：乾淨，整潔，毛巾很乾凈 環境：安靜，舒適，離國展中心很近，離虹橋機場和虹橋火車站都非常近。僅需一站地鐵🚇。 服務：有豐富的早餐，熱情服務，免費停車🅿️ 此次是參加漫跑樞紐，新虹10公里賽，預訂的這家酒店，感覺很好！
