我是喜歡住比較新一點的酒店，這個酒店公區設計比較年輕化，但是房間比較小，通道也窄，特別是隔音效果相當差，過道里麪關門的聲音很吵，用材非常普通，感覺就是十幾年前的7天連鎖的裝修加了一點年輕化的活動傢俱，洗手盆也是一體化的，抗污能力特別差，真的對不起這個價格，相同的價格周邊比這個好太多

衞生檢查，進去房間都沒打掃乾淨，廁所還有頭髮
馬桶也漏水了

酒店最基本的功能是讓人睡覺，但這個酒店從早上7點就開始有電鑽的聲音，早上7點呢！打了前台電話，7點的電鑽停了一會，8點左右就又開始了，然後一直持續，9點，10點，根本停不了，衹能早早退房走人。不能讓人好好的睡覺的酒店，其他一切再好也是免談，衹能説能不住就別住！

I was initially drawn to Caption by its chic and modern design, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. I stayed for 3 nights and was extremely disappointed to find that the room was consistently warm and uncomfortable. Despite adjusting the controls, the temperature remained around 25–26°C with only warm air blowing due to the centralized heating system – as explained by the engineer. No option for cooler air made it really hard to relax or sleep properly.

無語對此酒店...七百多的價格住了一回比全季服務還要差的酒店，沒有之一。首先，服務差。一樓的可能是迎賓吧...進門就一種你是誰，你來我們這裏幹什麼的疑惑。當得知我們住店後，冷冰冰講了一句二樓遍便繼續依偎在迎賓台等下一個人繼續質疑，你是誰？你來我們酒店幹什麼？
前台入住辦理快捷，但完全不在意客户的要求，一個依附凱悦品牌的酒店，賣這個價格，遞給我們房卡後，給了簡單的洗漱工具。到達房間，我朋友可以順利進屋，我愣是房卡進不去，原來房卡沒有做好。那麼重新等候送上來...進去後，我坐床邊椅子大量了房間後，就全季普通房大小，用的布草康乃馨，礦泉水農夫兩瓶，需要其他水，自己走廊灌。
接着來了問題。窗簾下面還有腰果，是準備的小零食嗎？床上的尼龍繩，也是檢查房間不仔細留下的小禮物。
這佈局，廁所就算瘦小的人蹲馬桶已經手臂貼到了洗手池邊，怎麼和如家一樣。算了算了...給他們前台去電話，也是送水果套路，我不要。且值班經理也沒有要上來解決問題。
之前南京桔子水晶，可是立馬擺出了服務的態度。
洗洗睡吧...這頭頂的煙感一閃一閃，都快亮瞎了。一晚沒有睡好。出去溜達，順便回來想着累了可以睡覺。
結果早上起來後...發現沒有牙刷。圖12就是工作人員送來的牙刷。吐槽拖鞋真的非常差。
馬桶，洗臉池，花灑...總之想冒險的可以去試試。頂多值350元。（早餐我沒有吃，因為整夜睡不好，睡醒已經錯過）但聽説品種少的可憐。真的品牌連鎖別搞這樣的把戲，總以為拿幾個可以出片的空間，玩偶就是打卡潮。
你價格總應該符合服務以及內部的空間吧...中山公園地段可以，但這個酒店以後不會再去。

I really enjoyed my stay at Caption by Hyatt Zhongshan Park. The location is unbeatable—right next to the subway station, which makes getting around the city incredibly easy, even for first-time travelers. You simply can’t get lost!
The café and restaurant inside the hotel are excellent, offering good food and a relaxing atmosphere. My room was spotless, modern, and fully equipped, with a nice city view that made the stay even more pleasant.
The only small downside is that the room size is a bit tight, especially for two guests—but for one traveler, it’s still comfortable and cozy.
Overall, it’s a great choice for travelers who value convenience, cleanliness, and style. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Nice hotel, the space is comfortable for two. Condition and cleanliness tip top, service is good as well. Had a chance to try their breakfast, it was good! The hotel is near to Yuyuan Road, where there are many nice small shops and cafes. Nice place to stay!

I stayed at Caption by Hyatt Zhongshan Park Shanghai from September 24 to 25 for a business trip, and the experience was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with great bedding that made for a restful night.
The staff were polite, patient, and very helpful, which created a welcoming atmosphere. The location is convenient for getting around the city, and the facilities are modern and practical.
Although it was only a one-night stay, everything exceeded my expectations. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travel.
