If you can't speak and understand Chinese well, avoid this place ‼️
For non-chines speaker , services are really poor. Only a female night staff, driver who picked me up from the airport, and admin who I spoke to on WeChat are helpful and provide excellent services! even my Chinese skill is not that good, they all are being so understanding, kind and helpful to me.
HOWEVER, the morning staffs on 5th June 2025 are TERRIBLE, not only they are not being helpful, they are also yelled at me. And I got different treatment from them because I can't speak Chinese very well. The morning staffs gave breakfast bags to 2 Chinese guests who signed up for the airport drop-off service at the same time at me but they did not give me a breakfast bag so I had to go get breakfast from the convenient store nearby by myself : (
And when the driver arrived, He yelled at me in Chinese, I didn't understand it clearly and didn't know if he was talking to me, if so, why did he has to yell at me TT so I asked a female staff at the counter, "Is this the car to airport" and she gave me very bad attitude like I was annoying her. and said yes. After I got into the car the driver was really rude, when we arrived at the Pudong Airport T1, he yelled at t=me to get off the car. There're other two Chinese guests who were heading to T2 but they thought they already arrived at their destination so now of them tried to got off at the same stop at me and the driver yelled at her very loud, I felt so bad for her.

Great! if you have an early morning flight to Pudong Airport, it only takes 15 mins driving from hotel to the Pudong Airport T1
Hotel facilities are alright.
So many restaurants and convenience stores nearby
16 mins walk to the nearest train station
Cleanliness: found insects inside my room as the window was left opened when I got in TTTT
Honestly, I don't think it's worth money cause there're other hotels nearby airports that offer airport pickup/drop-off service with cheaper price, but I chose this one cause I at least expect better service from them as they are more expensive than others.

Very good experience with Atour during my stay. They have provided free ride to Disneyland, Pudong Airport, offers late check out, warm greeting during check in & during our stay. Comfortable bed & pillows. Love it!

The hotel is clean, many good facilities, fitness and laundry with two fully automatic washing machines and dryers. Staff very service minded, smiling and there seems to be a good atmosphere there. Breakfast is good, solid and all round Chinese hotel breakfast, but also some cereal and oatmeal with separate nut mix you can add and make good muesli. Has porridge and sometimes baozi in the evening from 9.30 pm - really nice if you come home late and didn't have time for evening meal.
The hotel is quite near the Pudong airport, and you can book an airport shuttle bus the evening before leaving. This only takes 10-15 minutes and perhaps 30 minutes for bag drop and security in airport. International departure halls there are very clean and it's easy to find your way around there.
Hotel is in east Shanghai, so if you have errands in west Shanghai this hotel is probably too long away, but subway within - not short, but reasonable - time range for visiting downtown area around the river. Take care you don't confuse this hotel with the "Atour Hotel Shanghai Pudong Airport Chuansha Station" in Chuansha Road - names are very much alike and both show up in search results, but it's two different hotels on parallel streets both very near the Chuansha subway station.
I visited the hotel myself in Chuansha Road first by mistake, and forgot my wallet and passport in the reception. A young woman from the hotel reception staff in Miaojing Road ran all the way there to the hotel in Chuansha Road and fetched it for me - after that they even had me picked up by car and transferred to 'right' Atour hotel in Miaojing Road that I had booked - they are very service minded and she has really earned my admiration for working hard.
Can definitely recommend.

Very nice and friendly staff . Although we reach at midnight . They are helpful to arrange airport transfer . One more thing feel very warm. We are travel with 2 years old baby . Staff volunteers help us bring luggage get into the taxi .another plus . They are very patient sharing us tips how to book admission ticket and taxi on phone apps . Thank you for the good service provide 🙏

If you have plan to Disney. This hotel is a good choice. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to Disneyland and pick up at the airport. The walls are quite thin, you can hear the sound. The first day of accommodation, the bathroom has a very strong smell. After notifying the staff, it was resolved well. There is many restaurants around.
