The hotel appears to have had a complete refurb. Our room was spotless, well decorated and even had air conditioning. We had a room at the back which was very quiet, but London Road, in spite of its name, seems relatively quite at night. We were very impressed by the helpful staff - Kirsten on reception deserves a mention. On this occasion we didn't use the restaurant next door.

We had booked two rooms at the hotel for some friends who were coming over from France. However, one of our friends pulled out. As we had booked through central office, we would have had to contact them to cancel the booking, but Brian and Kirsten at the hotel were able to cancel the booking for us. Absolutely excellent service, and we can’t thank them enough 😊

Another great stay at a Purple Palace, room was larger than normal and just as good as ever. Nice and clean (thanks Kirsten). Good location out of town with cracking food next door. So pleased Premier Inn haven’t lowered themselves to supporting the vile immigration influx this country finds itself in, this will keep myself and other regular business people coming back.

The team at Swanley were great! Comfortable beds and brilliant shower. And a special shout out to Kirsten and Brian who both went above and beyond to help us. Thank you for your warm welcome and excellent customer service! We look forward to staying with you again in the future.

Hotel was good, usual premier Inn, you know what you're getting. Clean and well laid out room, easy to get to the train station. The review if for 10/10 for service from Kirsten on reception. Really helped me out in a moment of panic when I didn't think I'd get to my meeting in London!

My arrival was very professional and dealt with in a timely manor. Kirsten was polite and helpful. My room was clean and what I have come to expect from Premier Inn. Roommate facilities where all what you expect from most high end hotels. The WiFi is very slow. And I was not prepared to pay for the other option

Internet poor, even when paying for enhanced. TV remote not receptive- had a mind of it's own. Both of these complaints are relevant to other recent stays- so not just one off. Lift not working- and apparently hadn't been for some weeks. There were loads of cigarette butts outside by the entry door. Bed comfy Most of the staff great (just not the unfriendly lady on our arrival)

Beefeater next door Beds comfortable Room clean Bathroom clean Reception. Very helpful Taya couldn't do enough to help us The tv could do with updating as was a bit slow Air con was good Wifi is a bit hit and miss but I find that in most premier inn to be fair

I am a fan of Premier Inns for short stays. We had a quiet room with blackout curtains and a comfortable bed, all conducive for a good nights sleep. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We opted to have the meal deal in the nearby Beefeater. The food was the usual type of food served by the Beefeater chain. Unfortunately the Beefeater restaurant seating is in need of refurbishment, most looking the worse for wear.
