My wife and I stayed here for just one night in late May, ‘22, during our small group tour of the Caucasus. The Bohemia is a large resort complex right on the edge of Lake Sevan, with a mix of one and 2 bedroom units, some of which are 2-story suites, as was ours (room 317). The complex is clearly designed for extended lakeside vacations, with an outdoor pool in the center, and two restaurants, one of which had a very nice view of the lake, and all rooms had nice balconies facing the central courtyard. Since we were there in the off-season, the pool was being refurbished and the lakeside restaurant was closed. Our room had a living area downstairs with a sofa that might have doubled as a bed, and a wall-mounted tv. There was also a bathroom with a shower, and a cupboard the housed a small refrigerator. The floor downstairs was heated, a welcome feature since it was cold during our visit. Upstairs were two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and one with a queen bed. Both rooms were sparsely furnished – for example, there were night stands but no lamps on them. Overall the Bohemia was a mixed bag. The main orientation of the hotel was to cater to families on holiday, and it would definitely be a good choice for that purpose.
