This large, fully renovated apartment with 2 real bedrooms, located on the seafront in the popular Corniche district, is the ideal apartment for a great vacation. Its access without stairs, which is not negligible since the access is made directly by this raised floor and less than 2 minutes from all the shops in the neighborhood. Private access to the sea is from the residence, and a cove for swimming or relaxing is located below the residence. You will have at your disposal a loggia with this breathtaking view and located due south, this is extended by a 22m2 terrace. It offers a perfect setting to relax after a day spent in the sun. Please note that the tourist tax is not included in the price. At the end of the stay, the cleaning must be done by the tenant or can be organized for the sum of 60 euros. You can either bring your own linen or rent them for 12 euros per person. Regarding the bed linen you can also bring it or rent it at the rate of 20 euros per bed. You can do everything on foot, 20 minutes on foot from the center of Sète, with this beautiful stroll along the Corniche, or 10 minutes by bicycle along the cycle path. A bus line leaves from the station and stops 150m upstream from the apartment; all you have to do is let yourself go down towards the sea. This same bus serves the port and the city center. All shops are 2 minutes away: The district known as "de la Corniche" borders the city beaches; effervescent in summer, it offers several kilometers of sand between the sea and the Etang de Thau, each beach offering its atmosphere, as well as a shopping street for all daily needs. For amateurs, a casino is located 150m from the apartment. The neighborhood is welcoming and very well connected to the city for more urban activities.
