Thank you to team Serpiano, thank you for your attention and great guest service. All the people that I have the opportunity to interact with even days before our check in were very kind and helpful. Teresa, Cinzia, Virgilio, Linda, Maritza, Rafaella, the masseuse, the Chef, kitchen and restaurant team all of you thank you for your hardwork and efforts to make our stay one of a kind. (Our apologies for not remembering they names) The Cena Sotto Le Stelle was just surreal thank you for that beautiful set up and special mention to the Chef the food was simply amazing my wife keep talking about her vegetarian menu specially the Fiore Di Tempeh su crema di pomodoro cetrioli con l'uovo perfetto di selva. Hotel Serpiano definitely became a beautiful memory for us thanks to all of you. Was very hard to leave the hotel not only for the world class view but also for a great team to make us feel at home. Grazie, Gracias, Thank you, Merci, Ciao hope we can come back again soon this time not only for the spectacular view also to say hi to ours new friends. Yamil & Maria

We stayed at the Hotel Serpiano for 2 days for a business conference with about 30 people. We had a great Experience and are happy to recommend the hotel to others. The whole organization was professional and smooth, the seminar rooms spacious and well equipped and the service & food excellent. Many thanks to the whole Team!

We really enjoyed our stay ! Getting there was just as fun, through the forest on a one-lane windy road! The room was clean and nice, although a bit dated. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom perfect. Great shower. The very nice indoor pool, big and powerful jacuzzi, wonderfully hot Hammam and Sauna made the stay even more wonderful! The dinners were all 3 excellent and the staff is really friendly and helpful. The crowning glory is the view from the rooms/restaurant/terrasses, etc. Incredible. Beautiful. The walks around the hotel must be fabulous. We didn't enjoy them as the weather wasn't the best.

About half of rooms are very small in size, at footed of bed there is less than 2 feet space between bed & wall, one can't move freely and very likely to get injured Location is beautiful Food is good View from terrace is beautiful Must confirm which room they are providing

Hotel: 3/5 SPA area: 4/5 Restaurant (dinner): 5/5 Restaurant (breakfast): 2/5 Hotel: in need of TLC. The rooms are outdated, but functional. We got a little room on the side wing, but still had the view of the mountains and even some lake. The beds were ok. The bathroom also outdated, but satisfactory. SPA area: sauna, steam bath, relaxation room, massage room, indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. Robes are extra and cost 10CHF. Towels for SPA are available in rooms only. For us the jacuzzi was the highlight, a very relaxing feature. Restaurant (dinner): very very impressed. Bread basket with olive bread was fantastic to tamper our hunger initially. For mains we got Ossobucco and Steak and both dishes were very well executed. The cheese board (Menu Ticino) was bigger than expected and we ended up sharing (it was a very large 1-person portion). The dessert that came in Menu Ticino was mistaken, but quickly corrected when we brought it to the attention of the waiter. Service a little slow. Restaurant (breakfast): very disappointed. The coffee is not great. Porridge is cold and has a ton of sugar in it. Cereal selection not bad. The meats were ok. Cheeses not great. Bread selection good. Loads of fruit, for those who eat it. Scrambled eggs not available at the buffet. Overall a pleasant stay but: the hotel was not full and a room upgrade would have been nice. Location is quite remote and might be a stressful drive to unsure drivers. Plenty of parking spaces. Complimentary water in room at arrival. Average.

Perfect view, book the superior room. Very friendly people. Would come again. Great landscape, view to the lake. Bed very comfortable. We enjoyed a long weekend an spring time. Food good and lovely prepared. We are a Couple from Zurich. 45 years old.
