Location wise, the hotel is well placed to many areas. The room was spacious and quite clean. However, the hotel has seen better days as the furniture and washroom fittings were old and in need of upgrading. With nice views and quiet surrounding, a good night's sleep was certain. Overall, a satisfactory stay in the city.

There are 3 Sun Inns Hotel branches in the same row, the price is affordable and location is great(just opposite the KTM station ), surrounded by many eateries and convenient stores. The accommodation is tidy & comfy ( however the cleanliness could have been better). Compared to other Sun Inns braches in Malaysia which i have been staying, this one condsider good. There has water dispensers on each floor and a tiny dobi @ the hotel entrance.

Have 3 sun inns in the area and this one was a bit lacking. If the hotel prepares the toiletries it will be good. Good thing is the hotel is near a restaurant. Overall a clean budget hotel.

Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay. Located slightly further away from city centre and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest. Room design is contemporary and I like it a lot.
