I’m so disappointed with this booking.
I’m paying $1520 for a Standard Double room. Whereby a Deluxe Double room from Agoda is only $1332.00
I have informed the hotel and was told that they follow accordingly to the respective room that we booked.
This is such a disappointment . I have been using Trip.com to book multiple trips for the past years. Yet I was overcharged.
Hotel wasn’t fantastic and this is a 4 star hotel which is much more expensive than other hotels in Seoul.
It doesn’t even have basic amenities such as microwave to heat up food. And Weighing of luggages. Hallway was too dark.
Underestand hotel wants to save electricity, the lights goes off every 10 seconds. I have to walk every 10 seconds (Sensor) so that the lights can turn on.
The air-con also automatically switched off during the middle of the night. I cannot control the aircon at night.
Also, when ask to make up room, it never happen and also no clear my rubbish too.
Also for my future trips maybe I might need to do some compare before I go to trip.com.
