The Pench International's Jungle Water Park

Pench International canceled my confirmed Holi weekend booking and is now forcing me to choose a different date, claiming they’ve already taken payment from another customer for the same dates! The resort staff likely saw an opportunity to resell the room at a higher rate, taking advantage of the high demand during the festival weekend—essentially making double or triple the money off the same booking. All of this happened simply because I inquired about possible options in case of a medical emergency. Now, I’m left without a room, with most good accommodations fully booked and a group of kids excited for Holi with nowhere to stay. This booking was made nearly two months in advance. I will be taking legal action, but I want to warn all future customers—think twice before booking here or while communicating with the staff. They are expert liars who claim to read between the lines whenever it means additional money for them!

Great hospitality Overall experience was excellent Hospitality Cozy rooms with Jacuzzi and wel cleaned rooms. After 10 minutes call from reception asking about our comfortable. We was very happy with all services by resorts. Food was good and yummy 😋 all the staff was very helpful we cannot forget that experience. We surprised our room decoration. Thank you team Bonfire also available in every night.

Recently visited this resort with my family. Had a wonderful stay of 2 Nights and 3 Days. The staff was very courteous and ready to help you at any point. housekeeping services were upto the mark. Breakfast had variety of dishes and kept changing with days. Room service were also good ; food is delicious, In free time enjoyed the amenities like swimming, carrom and badminton too.
