UUsuario invitadoThe location of the hotel is good with many restaurants nearby. The room is spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. The staffs are efficient and easy to communicate. If the hotel could change its policies not to stop the lift at the reception floor whenever we go up or down.

WWaranyaWe love the location of this hotel, close to all shoppings, foods and Train Station. Great amenities, nice onsen eventhough a bit old style. If we come back to Sendai, we will choose this hotel again. Thanks for the nice stay.

UUsuario invitadoConvenient location where JR station, subway stations are within walking distance. Very good breakfast with lots of local delicacies. I like the public bath too despite room a bit small but the layout is good that u have enough space to open your luggage. Free coffee at lobby.

Ddarbz89Business hotel, located a 5-minute walk from JR Sendai Station (east exit).
Probably the only business hotel that I’ve stayed at in Japan that doesn’t have a bathtub in the room. There is a public bath on 2F, however I was not able to use it due to having tattoos. The shower in the room was fine though, with good water pressure.

UUsuario anónimoHotel is approx 5 mins walk from Sendai station. Follow west exit. My single room is a bit small but spacious enough for a solo. Room was clean and linen crisp. 1 bottle of water provided each day. Onsen is small with one outdoor. Over my 2-day stay at most I bumped into another person in the onsen. 2 washers and dryers in the onsen facility. Wash is free (30 mins standard) but dryer is charged 100 yen for 20 mins which is enough to 80% dry a small load. Night ramen was delicious and I appreciate the ice cream and Yakult at the onsen. Family mart is 20 steps away. Didn’t try the breakfast. And it’s actually very near the Miyakoh highway bus centre.

Ejemplo: había una salada de patata donde dice que no tienen cerdo en ella, pero descubrieron que ponen salsa de cerdo en ella mientras comen y te dejarán saber después de que les pregunten.
Si hubieran mencionado claramente, sería mejor reconsiderar cuando usted tiene problemas de alergia.
Creo que se ha organizado mal.

UUsuario invitadoSimple, clean, cheap hotel, located generally in the center of the city. A no frills kinda hotel, but I guess that's all you're looking for half the time. I have no complaints. If the price is right, I would stay at again. Nothing spectacular, nothing bad - neutral (which is positive, when it comes to hotel stays).
