Private: swimming pool angular (5 x 2 m, depth 135 - 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, patio, arbour, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Public car park at 100 m. Grocery 300 m, restaurant 50 m, bar, bakery 300 m, pub garden, 4 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach "Playas de Muro - Can Picafort" 31 km. Sports harbour 32 km, marina 32 km, golf course (18 hole) 30 m, tennis 450 m, riding stable 5 km, sports centre 450 m, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 800 m. ...angekommen und wohlgefühlt.Schöne, restaurierte und dennoch in einem tollem Zustand fanden wir dieses Stadthaus/Stadtfinca vor.Die Ausstattung ist gut und gepflegt und es passt alles gut zusammen.Ein Mietwagen ist hier sehr nützlich und ein Parkplat
