The hotel is new, recently opened. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The hotel's strongest point is a comfortable and well-designed pool. Unfortunately, this is the end of the pluses.
Breakfast - the choice seems to be large, but everything is focused on the Chinese, so a European / American does not have much to eat. It's good that at least there is an egg station.
Front desk procedures - even though the hotel was almost empty, we were told to wait three hours for the room. A deposit of RM 200 per day is charged at check-in - cash only, no card guarantee. When checking out, you have to wait at the front desk until the housekeeping checks if you have stolen anything from the room. If you lose the document confirming the deposit - they will not return your money.
Finally, probably the most annoying thing - the card scanning system in the elevators - we sometimes spent long minutes trying to press the floor key in the elevator, usually it ended with asking for help from the reception. This is absolutely unacceptable.
There is too much to improve here to be able to say that the hotel is worth the price.

結論：訂這家酒店大大大大大不值，前台服務態度傲慢，服務質量低下，酒店無配套服務。
第一，這家酒店的前台簡直是我們此行十幾天住的酒店裡麪遇到的最差勁的幾個前台，一個胖胖的包頭女前台，一個略胖的中長髮男前台，還有一個瘦瘦的短髮前台！第一，服務態度極差，刻板無同理心。我們兩個人帶着三歲多寶寶和三個行李箱到達酒店，身上沒有足夠他們要求的按金，他們要求我們去酒店旁邊的便利店取錢，去了，很不巧，一個機器暫停使用，一個機器在維修，説是二十分鐘後好，我便回酒店商量可否晚上補交或者給等額人民幣，幾個前台一個説可以，一個又説不可以，後邊半天沒聲音問了又説要問boss，搞老半天也沒人給你個準信，把你晾在一邊乾等。於是我又去取錢，很不巧，前面一個歐美老外和我的卡都在這台機子取不了錢，本地人倒很絲滑，於是我又回到酒店大堂。幾個前台看我們這樣來回想辦法在那裡瞥來瞥去竊竊私語，毫無尊重可言！後面衹好到鎮上換取馬幣交了按金，給按金時我沒給前台好臉色，把錢放桌上沒説話，前台竟然也給你甩臉子，就是那個胖胖的中長髮前台，屁都沒放一個就把房卡扔你面前，前後花了將近一個半小時。
第二，我們定的房型和實際入住天差地別，要求更換，一個瘦瘦的中年女前台説是衹能更換更高樓層，位置不變，實際往右移了兩個房間，原先房間陽台有拉伸晾衣架，換了又沒了，變成一個凹凸的牆壁，整個過程真的是無語至極，又浪費半個小時。來旅行，一個下午浪費兩個小時在這辦理入住，換誰能忍？
第三，我們前兩天住的酒店有免費碼頭接送和機場的穿梭巴士，一問這家酒店，啥也沒有，價格還是人家兩倍多，性價比極低。

第一次這麼認真評價一個酒店，把自己遇到問題告知大家，提前做好心裏預期。
先説酒店好的，再吐槽不好的。
優點：瑞錦海豐位置好，樓下便利店，海鮮店都方便，確實是仙本那目前最好酒店。酒店無邊游泳池風景好，水質乾淨，還有小童娛樂區，房間大小合適，面相海邊的風景也不錯。
雷區：
1.酒店服務態度不錯，就是不辦事，連着要了三天的礦泉水，硬是沒人送，不管告知前台，清潔服務員告知都沒用，就一句話：沒人送。衹好自己樓下便利店購買。
2.入住酒店定的雙床房，但被酒店私自換成大床房。我們發現後與前台一名負責人溝通，能否多拿個被子，酒店一句話：加錢！（250馬幣一天）我無語了，酒店的失誤，要我買單。而且前台知道他們私自改的房型，但就一句話加錢給被子（酒店規定）。讓酒店聯繫了經理，也是一句話，經理下班，不知道多久能聯繫上。後續攜程介入，溝通也是無果。但還是攜程給力，給了我們保底方案，必須點贊。在凌晨12點左右，我到前台再理論時，犯錯誤的前台辦理入職手續小哥，悄悄給我了個被子。哎....這就是當地號稱5星級的服務。
3.房間設計奇葩有兩處，見附件圖片。
淋浴房花灑位置高目測1.3米，男士洗澡基本要半蹲或單手操作，不知道酒店設計時候怎麼想的。
洗漱台吹風機沒插電位置，必須移步到燒水區域吹頭，這設計也無語。
4.早餐，很一般很一般很一般。
5.無邊游泳池無任何服務，前往提醒自帶浴巾。
以上為自己經歷，也理解當地情況，再不影響大家旅遊心情，分享經歷，提前做好心裏準備。

原來一家7口定了永達，臨時被告知酒店超售被取消訂單。因此因禍得福攜程安排住了海豐。這應該是鎮上最好最新的酒店，完全沒有裝修味道，也比較乾淨，比國內亞朵差一丟丟的感覺，在這裏總體算很好了

辦理入住要等接近二十分鐘，洗手間下水道塞住水下不去，找人上來修才能用，第二天也沒打掃衞生沒準備水，這麼貴的房間服務很一般，而且酒店有不乾淨的東西，下次不敢住這裏了

這是我住過最糟糕的酒店之一了，這是我第一次給酒店評論，而且價格真的不便宜。第一，按金衹能給現金，不可以用信用卡。任何星級酒店都沒有這麼霸道。第二，房間裏沒有任何一瓶免費的水。半夜要了兩瓶水花了六塊錢，我上高中住的快捷酒店都有兩瓶水，我在你這裏花了 1200 連瓶水都不給？ 避雷！ This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in, and it's my first time leaving a review for a hotel. The price is really not cheap. First, the deposit can only be paid in cash, not by credit card. No star-rated hotel is so unreasonable. Second, there isn't a single bottle of free water in the room. I had to pay six RM for two bottles of water in the middle of the night. Even the budget hotels I stayed in during high school provided two bottles of water. I spent 1200RMB here and didn't even get a bottle of water? Avoid this place!
