First trip since 2019 returning to one of the best hotel experiences that we have had. Perfect place to stay whilst visiting the Zoo and a beautiful which is spotlessly clean with a really good room and second to none staff and services. Sad to leave and will definitely go back when we get the opportunity.

My family and I came to dinner at a restaurant, waited 10 minutes, no one approached us, there was a girl at the cash register next to us, she saw that we were standing and intentionally ignored us, when I asked if we could go ourselves, she aggressively told us to wait and turned away, this ruined the mood, then we buried the wine, it was not even warm, it was hot, but my fault I asked for ice and then the wine turned into water. We were simply told "sorry". But in comparison with the rudeness of the girl, hot wine is just a joke.

4th time staying here, overall good experience Neegative points: -phone network and wifi are very bad. -breakfast stays very basic and limited in choice -parking hotel always full Positive: -very near zoo, 7 mins by foot -funny swimming pool safe for kids -beds are comfortable, room clean -staffs nice Positive'

Great Hotel. Stayed there one night with my family. Close to the Zoo .Beautiful garden at the back of the hotel with a nice playground and a pool. Great for family with children. Very clean rooms and a nice staff Breakfast and dinner very basic. Not recommend to eat there as for the price is not a lot of choice

The hotel is very close to the parc, a quick walk. Overall, the rooms are conformable for a family of 4, the bed are super comfortable. The pool and play area are very nice, kids love it! Pool could be a bit bigger as it gets crowded at the end of the day.

top top un enchantement de A à Z pour cette visite de 48 au zoo de Beauval tout est parfait situation hotel près du zoo on peut y aller pédibus, l'emplacement et la déco soigné made in china , la chambre hyper clean et superbement décoré , la literie au top, clim, tv, piscine , spa et soins de beauté pour ceux qui le souhaitent , petit shopping pour compléter les achats PT DEJ intercontinental avec produits locaux bio, meme les fameuses et vraies aussage y sont présentes avec les oeufs brouillés, diner buffet plus que varié et pour tous les gouts personnel accueillant soucieux de la clientèle. JE NE PEUX QUE RECOMMANDER CET HOTEL VRAIMENT AU TOP
