Villa Rustica Dalmatia

We received a warm and friendly welcome from the staff when we arrived. A plate of charcuterie, wine and water was provided to us when we arrived which was very welcome. Ana, Nino and the staff were always very helpful and cheerful, they could not have done more for us. We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment which was beautifully decorated and furnished to an extremely high standard. The kitchen was very well equipped with cooker, microwave, kettle, fridge, coffee maker, washing machine & dishwasher. There was very efficient aircon throughout the apartment, large screen TV's. There are two swimming pools with sunbeds and a separate area with a Jacuzzi. Location is extremely good with beach and restaurants within a few minutes walk, there is a supermarket uphill from the harbour, a small bakery stall is situated near the beach which is open most mornings with bread and pastries at very reasonable prices. The beach is very clean, fine pebbles not sand the sea is crystal clear. We would recommend beach shoes. The town of Trogir is about 4 miles away and can be reached by ferry or taxi, we used Uber which was efficient and cheap, around 5 euros each way. This is a great place for a relaxing holiday, we had a wonderful time and would return to Villa Rustica again. Highly recommended .

We have just spent 10 days at Villa Rustica and can not fault it. Ana's communication is second to none and the restaurant and cleaning staff could not have done anymore for us. We stayed in a studio apartment next to the pool. It was quiet and peaceful with plenty of shelter with the olive trees that lined it. If the pool area got busy with children we just took ourselves off to the jacuzzi garden area, which was tranquil. The breakfast was more than substantial and had lots of choice. The little picnic packages that they gave you after breakfast consisted of croissants or cake and fruit. Seget Franjika is a small quiet harbor with 3 or 4 restaurants and a couple of beach bars. The beach there is very safe for young ones to enjoy and there is a boat to Trogir 3 times a day, or alternatively you can get the bus for €2 or an uber for €8

Absolutely lovely place to stay and hosts are very friendly people. A Huge effort was made by the host who were so welcoming. The breakfast was delicious with a great amount of options and we were also given extras to take to our room including watermelon, croissants and cake. A very relaxing setting. The pool area was good. The room was clean and spacious too. Wi-Fi good.
