Detached unit as our pool house located in the rear of the property with king size bed. Shower and bathroom in space. Full size air mattress available in living room closet. No sleeping on couch. The driveway can fit upto 4 cars when parked side by side. Please do not park on the street or on the neighbors yard or driveways. Off street parking is allowed between the street and sidewalk on the grass. Not on the properties main lawn area. Subject to tow if parking on any neighboring properties. You might see or encounter wildlife while in Florida/neighborhood and/or in and around homes, (not regularly seen) including; but not limited to: bobcats, cougars, snakes, alligators, rats, frogs, geckos, birds, bees, wasps, noseeums, mosquitoes, spiders, fire ants, crickets, bugs, roaches/palmetto bugs, roly-polys, and silverfish to name a few. These creatures reside in nature and we have no control over them.
