Ambiente Sedona

Had an amazing getaway at Ambiente. The hotel staff knows no limits when it comes to taking care of guests! My wife and I stayed for 4 days and loved every minute of it. The property itself is beautiful. We payed for the base level room and got a unit right off the main road. At first I felt a little disappointed because you do hear the road noise when you first walk up but it is never anything disrupting and we quickly found that any concerns we had were unfounded. The room is quiet, the bed is amazingly comfortable and the shower and tub are great. We had great service from everyone we interacted with. Francisco in at forty1 was awesome every morning at breakfast. The entire valet staff was awesome and even went above and beyond to help us when we had issues with our rental car. We also got a couples massage and an awesome experience with the entire spa staff. The concierge text service and staff was a great perk as well! We debated between Ambiente and Enchantment but after reading reviews about service concerns and room to room noise we chose Ambiente. Based on our experiences with staff and our room I’m confident we made the 1000% correct choice. We talked to a few other couple that ate at enchantment and one that stayed there a night and the concerns about service there were confirmed. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this resort. We would return in a heartbeat!

Ambiente is lovely.. Friendly staff, clean beautiful rooms, great food and spa! You are welcomed with champagne and escorted to a private atrium with floor to ceiling views of the property, mountains, nature. Room service was fast. Free pick ups and drop offs around town made the week so much easier. We will definitely be back!

The atriums at this hotel are absolutely beautiful! My husband and I went and stayed there four nights. The 41 restaurant has great service and the food is delicious. Staff at the hotel and restaurant were both professional and welcoming. Highly recommend!

This was our first time staying at Ambiente and the resort did not disappoint. The rooms are dark and minimalistic in the best possible way. The blackout curtains created a romantic retreat from the world and the rooftop deck provided unobstructed panoramic views of Sedona's breathtaking red rocks. The staff of Ambiente were attentive and approachable; hospitality was an evident priority of everyone we encountered.

Spectacular resorts in a perfect location in Sedona. The staff was over the top and would recommend it. They were extremely helpful and couldn't be more accommodating. Having the terrace on your roof at night was the highlight of the trip. We upgraded our room to a more private location which cost us a bunch more. The standard rooms lack privacy.

Absolutely incredible from start to finish. I haven’t received service this incredible in a LONG time, even at 5 star hotels. The staff are all AMAZING. It’s clear there is a great culture here, and management should be proud of the team they’ve hired and the positive, hard-working culture they’ve instilled. I was repeatedly impressed by the staff, and appreciated the amenities that made everything feel that much more luxurious. (Like the local car service, towel warmer that actually warms your towels, turn-down service, free snacks and drinks fully stocked in the room, etc). They have thought of everything possible to make our stay incredible. The rooms are ALL identical. The differences in price account for views and privacy. While you can’t go wrong, since the rooms are all glass, you must be mindful of visibility. With that said, it’s a very small resort and not a lot of foot traffic, so it wasn’t uncommon to feel we had the place to ourselves. Trails are all nearby and the team will happily drive you in a beautiful Lexus. The restaurant was good, but drinks are pricey. It’s understandable since they pour their heart and soul into making delicious creative cocktails. I will be recommending this place to everyone, and will stay here when/if I travel back to Sedona.
