Summer Green Resort

I'm writing this review regarding my recent experience at the Summer Green resort's breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, I found the staff and management to be unaccommodating and lacking in hospitality skills. The breakfast buffet, priced at Rs 360 (including GST), offered a limited selection of items including idly, chutney, dosa, and puri. The puri appeared to be cooked in overused oil, resulting in a deep brown color. The buffet also included one beverage option, ***** with low-quality cut fruits, and subpar tea and coffee. In my opinion, this breakfast buffet ranks as the poorest among resorts in the Shamirpet area. While one shouldn't expect five-star resort quality, the food served was comparable to roadside fare. When we requested a bill, the staff seemed ill-equipped to generate one, instead providing a handwritten receipt on plain paper. This incident is indicative of their overall service quality. For those considering resort services in the area, I strongly recommend exploring other options that offer genuine service and fair pricing. As a customer, I advise against choosing Summer Green resort to avoid disappointment and wasted expenses.

Exceptional hospitality and quality soft food. Rooms rather congested and washrooms are very small. Huge property can be better utilized with landscape.

This is good location if you are planning to drop your ward to bits-pilani, hyderabad campus. Just around 5km away and decent stay. Hotel rooms were decent for 3/4 day stay. Food is good. Breakfast is decent too.
