The Hotel Is Good, Food is also good, but the person on the front desk refused to give a room at first saying that they haven't got any booking confirmation and talked to me rudely, after contacting the trip.com customer care they gave me a code and after that they gave me the keys thanks a lot to trip.com customer service

Very comfortable stay ....tasty vegetarian food ..rooms were good staff at the front desk are helpful...MR .GIRI at the front desk was excellent with service as I know him for years he deserves all praises....hotel is situated in prime location with facility ...nea6 metro station

Worst way to start your day is to have breakfast at #BelsonTajmahal hotel in #Secunderabad. Horrible quality and pathetic service. First place I have seen that could not make the simple Upma or Pongal properly.
