UUsuario invitadoI absolutely loved my hotel room. The view was beautiful and it was so close to all the attractions I wanted to see. I walked to pike place market, space needle, the aquarium and more. The only thing that threw me off at check-in was the $375 security deposit they asked for… this should be stated before arrival to atleast give guests a heads up, as a tourist that’s a huge unexpected ask considering you have already paid over £1k for the room. Apart from that my stay was amazing and the staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. If I come to Seattle again I would definitely stay here again.

BBenny the kidGreat location right near Pike Market and with Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse on the ground floor... very modern design and quiet rooms... service is very friendly and water bottles in the room are complimentary. Sauna, steam, and gym are relaxing and very well kept, only concern was they advertised a lap pool which is no longer in the hotel.

GgojensengoBooked a room for my parent and the room was amazing. Susan at the front desk did our check in and she was wonderful, attentively explaining every facilities in the hotel.
Location was perfect. In the middle of the downtown, close to the shopping places, all must go places in Seattle city, and also the subway station which can take you to the Mariners T-Mobile Park or the airport.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry.
I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon.
I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’.
At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue.
In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

Nnabiki2El hotel es viejo, pequeña ducha con muy baja presión de agua, pero bien por unas noches. Bolsas de desayuno por la mañana con bars de granola y una manzana. Café y té gratis. Uno de los camas de nuestra habitación estaba muy roto en el medio. Sin embargo, todavía técnicamente bien, dormido bien, gran ubicación para el precio.
