We try to arrange our cleanings at least a couple of days before and after your arrival and departure so our home can be more cleaned and have more space between renters to help with the COVID situation. If you need to arrive early or check out late, please let us know and we will try to accommodate. Welcome to your home away from home! Comfort, beauty, and elegant awaits you in this new built multi-level modern townhouse. The townhouse is located in a safe neighborhood in the Heart of West Seattle. This property is sparkling clean and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, rooftop patio, and outdoor parking space dedicated to the property with about 1,400 sq-ft of living space. This property can accommodate up to 6 people. As you enter the home through the white glass door, you will see the polished modern wood staircase and beautiful railing leading you to the second level open living space. The open living space concept of family, dining, and kitchen make entertaining family and friends fun and easy. You will adore the beautiful oversized large windows allowing the natural daylight to enter and tree views. On a Seattle raining day, you could sit by the windows, listen to the rain drops while sipping on some hot cup of coffee / flavor tea having an enjoyable conservation or a peaceful time. The kitchen is equipped for cooking a gourmet meal and dine with your love ones. The second floor has a mini-split air conditioner unit. In the spacious master room located on the third level, you will find a comfortable king bed with hotel style luxury bed sheets, two separate closets with sliding doors, two side tables, oversized large windows, and a private bathroom. The master bedroom sits away from the other two bedrooms in its own separate floor of the home and has a mini-split air conditioner unit. Also, on this floor is a convenient laundry area with a washer and dryer for your use. The guest rooms are located on the first level along with a bathroom in the hallway. One room has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. Each room has a side table, closet with sliding doors, and window with modern shades. You will find each room with extra bedsheets if you desire to change them during your stay. Please note that this property requires several flights of stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. The rooftop space with a view of the Alki Beach and tall trees with orange-yellow color leaves during fall seasons creates a beautiful and peaceful ambience. Guests have access to the unit dedicated, off-street parking spot. There is also open first-come, first-serve street parking right in front of the property. Enjoy the best of West Seattle’s growing urban mix in the Delridge Valley and Junction District. The property is minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and shops in West Seattle and about 5 miles away from Downtown Seattle. You will be walking distance from public transportation, taking the Metro bus to Downtown Seattle, University District, and Seattle Center in minutes. The bus will also take you to the Alaska Junction Station for light rail to downtown, the sports stadium area, and Sea-Tac airport. Less than 10 minute drive to Alki Beach and Park. About 20 minutes from the Seattle-Tacoma International (SEA) Airport. NO PETS and NO SMOKING: Unfortunately, due to guests allergies, we cannot have pets of any kind. No smoking is allowed within the property as well as the balcony. Any violation of the pet and smoking policy will incur a fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove odors from property and linens. Thank you for kindly obeying this rule. Local resident restrictions apply. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Garbage day is on Tuesdays. Guest must be willing to assist with the rolling trash bins in or out if the reservation dates are on this day. A map of where the trash bins need to be for trash pick up will be provided. This townhouse is in a wonderful neighborhood outside of downtown. There are bars, restaurants & grocery stores within walking distance but, in the same aspect, it’s calm, quiet & peaceful at night. The home itself had anything & everything that we could possibly need or want. If/when we come back to Seattle from Louisiana, we will definitely be booking this same townhouse again. (And we loved seeing the beautiful sunsets from the 4th floor rooftop sundeck!) Absolutely perfect!!!

Property was as pictured and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner from beginning to end was seamless! There are a lot of stairs so keep that in mind if traveling with children or elderly family.Great location. Close to charming Alki Beach and Salty’s on the water for an exceptional meal and view of Seattle. You can also take a quick water taxi to Seattle and then hop the Ferry once there to Bainbridge Island. Pike Place is walking distance once arriving on the water taxi. So happy we stayed here! Highly recommend!!

Great place! Clean and modern all of the beds were so comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals at the house. So grateful for the convenient and reserved parking space as there were very few open spots on the street. Loved the views from the rooftop balcony. Check in and communication with owner was easy. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Seattle in the future.

What a wonderful property! Exceptionally clean, well located and with a dedicated parking spot for the unit, an amenity that was greatly appreciated by my family. The host provided excellent communication and the check in process was simple. My family will definitely choose this property again the next time we’re in Seattle.

Family Weekend We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting family in the area. The home is beautiful! We especially enjoyed watching the sunset in the evenings on the roof!

West Seattle comfort We enjoyed our visit to Seattle! This condo was the perfect location for our family of five. All of the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals in between city life.

Seattle Vacation We had a wonderful stay at this property! Everything was very neat and tidy, just like in the description. Rooftop access was great! Communication with the property manager was excellent. Would highly recommend this property!
