I booked a 2 night stay at the Scunthorpe Premier Inn as an emergency after our original accommodation was found to be unsuitable on our arrival. Everything about our stay was excellent. I was the only adult with my two young children (5 years old and 11 months old), so I was prepared for a stressful experience! The helpfulness of the staff in both the hotel and the restaurant and the quality and comfort of the room surpassed our expectations and we had a really lovely, stress-free stay. We all had great nights' sleep, even the baby! We will absolutely be staying here again when we are in the area.

El hotel es un antiguo hotel británico, el cuarto y el cuarto de baño son grandes, el capó de agua de baño es difícil de controlar, el agua caliente no se atreve a usar después de abrir el cajón eléctrico, para llevar el equipaje en la capa superior, se hará un sonido en el edificio de madera, hay un gran supermercado cercano y un lugar conveniente para comprar comida.

We arrived to find that of our 3 rooms booked and paid for only 2 were available and the other had been sold to another. They made up an disused room for us to replace this sold room. However instead of the ”deluxe room” booked we had a room used for the homeless by the council which was confirmed by the staff. The facilities are very basic and some dont work. Some rooms are better than others. We had 3 rooms. Our bathroom light was intermittent, the bathroom handle was hanging off. The paint is peeling in all rooms. My daughters room was awful and we did not use it. Her bedroom window did not close even at the end of October when cold; The light on the stairway (with no windows) did not work, so the stairs were total darkness; The shower did not work and was hanging off the wall with bare wires; The tv was missing, The carpet was totally disgusting and was covered in so many stains that you didn't want to take your shoes off; Basic kitchen facilities are missing eg no bowls (had to use a lunch box to eat our cereal), other guests are loud and disrepectful... Hairs in the sink and shower; Skid marks in the toilet; Sheets are un-ironed (but a minor point considering); Communal kitchens are a disgrace and not fit for use, microwave disgusting, grease everywhere. No natural light in our room as the blind would not go up, however in another room there was no blind at all, so the light came in the room very early. We only wanted somewhere comfortable to sleep, the location was not so important, however if this is important you need to know this is on a forecourt of a petrol station. The firedoor which said to keep closed, was propped open with the fire extinguisher, which not only meant the door was not closed but there was also a blockage in the doorway. I hate having to leave a negative review but this property just isn't up to the basic standards. The only positives the bed was reasonably comfortable and the room temperature was fine in the rooms where the window closed. Wifi was OK.

Wow wow and wow what an amazing place, our wedding was soooo good, I couldn’t fault one thing at all, from the meeting at the beginning with Jenna to the final day it was all totally seamless, the food was exceptional nothing was too much, all waiters/waitresses were sublime, a breakfast the next day was also amazing , this place is a diamond and totally worth a visit, so happy we get to start our life and have this place as a lovely place to keep coming back to for memories, thanks to all staff keep up the good work 🩷

El hotel Clamart es un hotel de calidad y es limpio y acondicionado, y satisface mis necesidades en todas las formas posibles. Durante mi estancia, necesito ayuda frecuente para navegar por la ciudad como mi esposa y nunca había estado en esta zona antes, el personal fue más arriba y más allá para asegurarnos de que podamos utilizar las instalaciones locales para el máximo efecto. El Hotel Manager(Jack) en particular se fue a darnos su número de teléfono personal para poder llamarle si fuera necesario (que a veces nos habíamos perdido y no nos habíamos hecho sentir una carga). El hotel sería tan alto como sea posible por su excelente equipo de personal solo!!! Gracias Hotel Clamart ¡Vamos a estar de vuelta! :)
