It’s was a fun adventure. The first time we went, was a few months after they opened, it was definitely magical. We didn’t really understand the worth of the wolf passes… we regretted not adding them to our reservation after seeing how much the activities were. We really enjoyed that stay. It took us a while to go back due to many other adventures we went on since. We finally decided to go again. Yay!! We decided to make it a longer stay, than last visit. Excellent choice, we had more time to enjoy each activity and spending a good amount of time in the water park. The paw pass is sooo worth it if you spend a few days there. The overall experience was wonderful. With three exceptions… the stupid 15$ a night parking fee when the parking lots aren’t covered and protected from Az sun. Also, we didn’t have to add our plate number and make of vehicle to the check in (so they know who’s a overnighter and who’s vehicle is who’s…) A lady in front of us, in the check-in line …was trying to explain that they took an Uber there and was still being charged for parking even though they didn’t drive themselves there. Ridiculous. The $100 hold isn’t explained that it’s per day. I called in and asked lots of questions and they never said it was per day. Whatever … tip: use a separate credit card for the hold and room charges, because it was difficult to keep track of what was being spent with our first time stay. This time we used a credit card for hold and room charges instead of watching the bank balance update when it felt like it lol. It made it much easier to not to over draft the checking account made for vacations. The food… especially Buckets. Our first stay (few months after this location opening) the burger was so big I ate the other half for lunch the next day and the french fries were so yummy and crispy. Like, I LOVED the burger and fries so much, it was almost all I could think about while packing for the stay lol. It was big enough to split for two people. I was sooo looking forward to that burger lol. Fast forward to Oct 2024… paper thin patty, puny, and completely tasteless (I didn’t even finish it) fries were cold and bogged down in grease and the amount of fries was a joke. Like a small kids handful. My kids did finally finish theirs with my convincing it was really “good” hurry so you can go back to playing kinda thing. I have no problem paying 20$ a meal if it’s good and worth it… this was just NOT. Completely disappointing. I would have rather have eaten a Big Mac (i dont like mcdonalds at all lol). We call it YuckDonalds. We also enjoyed a barbacoa Nacho from the taco truck, it was really good, except for the gross cheese sauce they use instead of real cheese. Like why ruin a good nacho with gross fake cheese sauce. The barbacoa, pico and guacamole was really good though. But my main complaint is the dang burger and fries lol. Cmon do better for those prices. The pizza was ehhh… barely any sauce and really dry. The breakfast buff

Overall my experience was good, it was crowded the day that we stayed. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean. Waterpark we had to wait in line to use the slides, The negative part is at night it was noisy kids running in the hallway and outside was a Halloween party. We were tired of all day driving and being in the waterpark, but the noise stopped at 10. Parking is 15 dlls a night and it’s difficult finding a spot to park

The staff was kind and courteous. Schools are back in session, and we went during the week - so it was calm/fairly quiet and well kept. The lifeguards appear to be VERY attentive, and I feel very safe. Overall a good staycation.

The Great Wolf Lodge is a complete and total rip-off! The food is terrible the customer service is pathetic and they have the nerve to try and charge you $15 to park. There is a dunkin' donuts in there that should not be in there because it's gives Dunkin donuts a bad name they are some understaffed and do such a bad job I waited an hour and 15 minutes for a sandwich.$18 for their miniature golf nine holes that is so tiny it takes you less than 10 minutes to go through the whole thing. The water park is fairly nice that's about the only thing I can say good about it other than it being extremely expensive for a day pass. Definitely not a place to go back to

*BUYER BEWARE* We have waited YEARS to make the time for a staycation and This is as DISAPPOINTING as it gets. EVERYTHING is an unfortunate GIANT cash grab, filled with add ons and add ons and more add ons. Just when you think you have a handle on one thing, there is a cost for another thing. If you pay or something that is out of service, there is no refund, just a credit to do something again. There is no customer service, just a hand out asking you for more money, everywhere you look. You have to pay for EVERYTHING, from parking (even if you don't have a car and take an uber). Their mobile order wasn't working, and you can't call guest services to order food, so after trying to order food on the app for an hour, and calling down to guest services, we had to walk all the way back to their food court to order crap expensive pizza and wait another thirty minutes. This is NOT the best way to ensure a kid friendly experience. We were sold the WOLF PASS. It's $70 and was supposed to include pretty much everything with no additional charges. What they don't tell you is half the attractions are either down, or time sensitive. We bought it mainly for the Magiquest and Rope course. The rope course was closed and no refunds were offered or allowed, and the person who they had to explain Magiques was brand new and had no idea how to explain how anything worked, all he knew was that it was an ADDITIONAL $25 to start it, AND ANOTHER $20 for a good wand, not the crap wooden wand. We saw physical fights in the lines for the water slides, and the most frustrating part was their customer service robot "Willow" reached out a dozen times and I explained our disappointment time and time again, and no resolution was ever offered. The simply don't care, they just want you money. Had I known this ahead of time, it might have been a more enjoyable experience, but we will never go back. We'll spend our hard earned money at the local waterparks that care about their neighbors and customers.

We’ve gone twice in the past year because Phoenix is so hot, you have to find things to do indoors. We went in March 2024 and July 2024. In March, they said they were short staffed so the outdoor pool was closed. It was spring break and one of the only times that it feels good to swim outside. Part of the ropes course was closed. They now charge for parking, even though it’s their open air parking lot. They just nickel and dime you for everything. And to be short staffed, when they know it’s spring break and have a really high occupancy level. In July, we paid for the attraction pass for our kids and no one even told us that the ropes course was closed. It never opened. So we paid for the ropes course and never got to do it. Horrible experience, horrible customer service. So expensive and they don’t care to make it better when you try and give them feedback. You have to order all food at a kiosk, except for the sit down restaurant. Not worth the money you spend for the experience that you get.

This was a family trip with nine of us, we stayed three days and two nights and had an absolutely amazing time!! This was our first time, and we were very impressed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We found the entire facility to be very clean with the exception of maybe keeping up with the tables in the food court. There are lifeguards posted at every attraction inside the water park and they are very attentive. They have literally thought of everything here to make your stay enjoyable and convenient. Once you are there you never have to leave for anything! We had a great time and will be returning in November!
