Friendly and very helpful staff, particularly Lesley. We broken down and had to stay overnight, luckily the hotel was 20 yards away. We arranged for additional help with the RAC to recover our car, but had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at the Travel Lodge. Would definitely recommend, even if you haven’t broken down!

I didn’t stay at the hotel, I was at Scotch Corner Services tonight charging my car outside the Travelodge and needed some assistance. A wonderful lady named Olivia who works at the Travelodge Hotel was extremely, polite, kind and very helpful. She could have chosen not to assist me however she was a superstar!!! Hopefully she gets to see this 😊.

Bed was uncomfortable. The cover didn't fit the duvet and was bunched up. The loo didn't flush as it should. There was a lot of noise from motorbikes outside. Book somewhere else.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was easy to find with plenty of parking including electric vehicle charging. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. We experienced a peaceful nights sleep. Our room was at the back of the hotel but we experienced minimal road noise.

Scotch Corner Southbound. Room stunk of stale smoke on arrival, windows had been left open so was freezing as it was evening, stains on carpets, noisy all night long so got very little sleep due to facing front carpark and car doors continually. Left very tired.

I booked a few weeks ago and I rang about a ground floor room after they emailed to say there were no lifts. Sian was extremely helpful. But then I had to change the date and again Sian was friendly and helpful and the room she allocated is clean, spacious and I’m very happy. I only checked in a little while ago and Lesley on Reception was again friendly and helpful. I will definitely use this Hotel again if a bus is available to Southampton. The staff I have dealt with were top class.

When I arrived I was made to feel extremely welcome by Sarah. She explained everything I needed to know about parking, access after hours and check out times. My room was clean, fresh and warm. I enjoyed my stay at Travelodge, Scotch Corner and I am sure inwill be back in the near future.

I only paid £28.99 for a Thursday night! Great location for either a touring base, or to break a long journey. Recently tidied up outside and now with a brand new look inside, this hotel is delivering a good nights sleep in a warm and comfortable environment. I always request an upstairs rear facing room to block out any disturbance from the footfall and traffic using the services. Always happy to stay here.
