Aparthotel Isabella

"I was really disappointed, I was expecting a hotel with the option to add breakfast but really it was just an apartment with the bare minimum. We weren't offered the option of breakfast and the restaurant was always closed. When we got to the room, the quality was poor. The kitchen was basically falling apart and we barely had enough utensils to cook with (no kitchen knife for preparing). There was no microwave or oven, just a hob. We were given half a bottle of washing up liquid and one bin liner for each bin so we had to go out shopping to buy more essentials for the room. The balcony was always covered in dried bird poo, I was constantly sweeping to clear it and didn't risk hanging any washing outside in case it got covered. When we arrived there was a dead bird on the balcony (it looked like it had been there for a while) surrounded by lots of bird poo which I had to get rid off myself. WiFi was very poor, didn't work for the first days and when you could get it working, you would lose connection quickly. It was very quiet while we were there, many people were using it as an apartment and went out during the day so we did have the pool to ourselves. The bar at the pool was closed the lifeguard manly chilled behind the bar. He would close the pool around 1ish (by using a rope to block the entrance) but said we could keep using the pool with no lifeguard. The reception was basically closed. When we arrived we had to let them know we were on our way so they could be there but as soon as we checked in they left. Checkout was 10 am so we were ready at reception to check out and no one came even though the Reception was supposed to be open. We received a message telling us to leave the key in the room. One positive about the hotel is the views, it has some beautiful views of Sciacca and is in a very peaceful location. Only a 5/10 min drive from central Sciacca."

"He regalado un breve fin de semana a mi hermana y a mi primo en el Keramos Luxury Rooms y además de haber hablado antes por teléfono con el Sr. Salvatore,puedo asegurarme de que el cuidado de todos los particulares de la habitación,a la cena, Al desayuno y al almuerzo son cosas que han hecho y hacen la diferencia porque una persona se siente cocodrilada y acogida en la mejor manera . Mi hermana y mi primo se sentían muy cómodos, se relajaron mucho y se fueron entusiastas de las generosidades que les habían dispensado. En cuanto pueda, me voy a ir ahí y me desconsejo la estructura uno porque el Sr. Salvatore es realmente una persona muy amable, las habitaciones y el B&B son deliciosos porque se tratan en detalle, la limpieza es un hecho fundamental y por lo tanto, ¿qué más preguntar? Simplemente gracias"

"El B&B Conte Luna goza de una ubicación ideal en el centro histórico de Sciacca, a pocos pasos de tiendas y restaurantes. Las habitaciones son impecables, cómodas y están decoradas con mucho gusto. El desayuno es excelente, con una amplia selección de productos caseros. El personal es muy amable y siempre está disponible para ayudar en todo lo que necesite. El servicio de traslado al aeropuerto es muy práctico. Totalmente recomendable."

"It's very simple to write a review of Calogero and Rosanna, it's like to describe friends, relatives, and once one of the two cars arrived, it was a failure. In an hour a mechanic came to take it back after 24 hours of perfect operation. Rosanna borrowed us his machine for the period. The rooms are well furnished, spacious and almost meticulous cleaning. We arrive at breakfast: abundant, fresh and natural with adding pasteries. Finally Calogero allied the ns permanence with Sicilian songs played and sing very well."

"Hotel -b&b really beautiful aesthetically, rooms with a modern and refined look and very clean. Perhaps all this beauty penalizes the practicality a bit but the very kind staff immediately made available to us a drying rack we requested. Nothing to say about breakfast either, served in a small but very nice room with friendly and helpful staff. The very central location of the hotel has all the pros and cons of the center of a holiday town (noise and difficulty in parking above all!!!). Finally, the manager was very helpful and kind in helping us solve a small "problem" that we had (our fault) in finding a hotel the following day in another location! Excellent value for money."
