Your very own Private Sandy Beach with 125 feet of lake frontage awaits your arrival. From the moment you enter the property, you will feel your stress disappear. Come and enjoy all that we have to offer. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, you have plenty of space. Formal dining room, large fully equipped eat-in kitchen, living room, outdoor deck overlooking the beach & lake. Schroon Lake is only 5 miles away. In the summer, enjoy swimming right from the sandy beach in the backyard, and on the floating dock. Also in the summer, park your own boat right at the included dock. Go fishing in one of the Adirondack's prized lakes. We also provide a 12' row boat, and two 10' 3" kayaks for use, which includes life jackets. There is a fire pit on the beach (guests provide their own firewood; no fires anywhere else). For you winter buffs, enjoy incredible ice fishing and snowmobiling right out your door. For the winter, as we are right on the lake, the driveway is very steep, so 4-wheel or All-wheel drive vehicles are needed. There are 3 security cameras on the outside - one in the front, one on the driveway side, and one monitoring the beach/backyard. There are clean hand towels for the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as bath towels. Guests provide their own beach towels and washcloths.
