Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen. Es verlangt die vollständige Vorauszahlung, nur um dann später um Stornierung zu bitten – ohne Rückerstattung. Das Schlimmste: Mein Geld wurde nicht zurückerstattet, und alle Versuche, das Hotel zu kontaktieren, werden ignoriert. Weder auf E-Mails noch auf Anrufe wird reagiert. Dieses Verhalten ist völlig inakzeptabel und fühlt sich wie Betrug an. Spart euch den Ärger und bucht lieber bei einem seriösen Anbieter!

Ich habe die Koenigssuite in Schliersee für 200€ pro Nacht gebucht. Vorgefunden habe ich eine Wohnung im Souterrain mit Blick in den Kellerschacht. Die Buchung war nicht stornierbar, das Geld wurde sofort abgebucht. Keinerlei persönlicher Kontakt. Alles lief über E Mail ab. Im Zimmer gab es trotz W LAN keine Internetverbindung. Eine Badewanne, die nur etwas für das Auge ist, man hätte eine Leiter gebraucht um ein und auszusteigen. Das Frühstück war mehr als mäßig und ebenfalls total überteuert. Star Fritz ist eine einzige Mogelpackung, marode Ferienwohnungen werden mit billigen Mitteln aufgehübscht um den Maximalpreis zu erzielen. Nie wieder
