Stepping into Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar, I am immediately transported into a place of relaxation and it’s almost when time has stood still. No doubt, the service standards has been from start to finish extremely impeccable. I am very amazed that the staff are all very polite and very friendly and forthcoming. In particular, I am very impressed with Cristina, a staff from Bella Vista Italian Restaurant. Cristina has been so friendly and she has managed to make us feel at home even only with just a dinner affair. The attention to details of provided is mind blowing and I so impressed by the breakfast buffet spread that I am spoilt for choices. Notwithstanding, the view is absolutely breathtaking and each time I stand at the viewpoints of the hotel I am always amazed at he grandeur of the canyons that the hotel overlooks. This place is a must visit for anyone who wants luxurious living , glorious view sand excellent service standards.

Потрясающий отель! Новый. Персонал очень внимательный и отзывчивый. Особенно выделю девушек на ресепшн. Чувствуется , что отелю очень важно , чтобы гостю было комфортно. Виды из отеля просто великолепные, так что рекомендую брать номера с видом на каньон. Отдельно отмечу апгрейд, который нам сделали при заезде, брали стандартный номер с видом на каньон, но нам дали Сьют, большой номер со своим бассейном!!! Сказать , что это вызвало у нас восторг - не сказать ничего. Ибо номер потрясающий. Я не был в Анантаре , который по соседству , но прям уверен , что здесь ни чуть не хуже, а наверняка - лучше. Но цена сейчас в этом отеле дешевле почти в 2 раза ! С уверенностью рекомендую этот отель. Еще раз спасибо за невероятный апгрейд и шикарный опыт проживания в отеле! Из небольших ремарок - это небольшой шум стройки рядом с отелем. Но все остальные преимущества перечеркивают это с лихвой.

The room is bright and spacious. But the cleanliness should have been done better than this,. There is also a small spider and some white wall painting dirts at the floor corner. It seems that they do not have a room prepared for the coming checked in guests. Others than that, the hotel is ok. The service is so so, not good or bad. But I don’t really feel a Thai hospitality in the hotel, may be because very few Thai propel working there, only in the spa.
